This is a great crew y'all have in Neptune and they were super from start to finish---The young lady on the phone the day before was great, came in the next morning early and all was ready to go---Got out in maybe 5mins and no hassle on the return, either... Myles GYou guys told me I would be dropping off in Oakhurst but instead I dropped off in Neptune and a body shop that was closed for the day. It was confusing and your instructions are SUPER unclear. I am extremely tech savvy and have experience with apps, and listen to people when they provide instructions, and Neptune was not a location anyone ever mentioned. I got a text about where to drop off so that's where I went, but it's a shame no one was clear with me that I might not drop off in Oakhurst (2 different employees on 2 different days told me I would drop off in Oakhurst).
Yehezkel NNo one there on morning I was to pick up my reservation confirmed box truck at this location close to home! I had to drive to Keyport! To get a similar truck. Late start and great inconvenience going back to Keyport after long hard move in order to get my car and get home. I had a reservation. Where were they at 9 am? At 9:20 am? No answer on the numerous phone numbers either. Very disappointing and horrible treatment of confirmed customer.
Michael DI called, confirmed the truck I needed. When I arrived at the office, the staff was ready and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Have rented vehicles hundreds of times and have never had such pleasant and efficient experience. Well done!
