Key box for after hours drop off is broken so you can't use it. Voicemail box for the company is full so couldn't leave any message detailing where we left the keys (thru the mail slot). Also got charged an extra $45 without any quoted reason. Filled the gas tank to full when I had picked it up at 3/4 a definitely should not have been charged any extra money.Garrett J.

There was no labeled place for key drop off. I had to wait for closer to 30 minutes to get on a phone with a customer service to figure a solution. A clearly labelled instruction on where to drop off the keys when returning a van could have made the experience better.EYERUSALEM A.

I was not presented the contract prior to signing and my truck was said to be at 13/16th full tank however when I got the truck, the truck had an empty tank which caused a large discrepancy when returning the truck. More careful attention to these details would be better for avoiding this issue.William L.

Truck smelled like homeless person(s) had slept in it. It was extremely dirty! Truck didn't have working audio system, among other issues. Really bad experience.Harshal D.
