Staff were always ready to help and available if not in person then by phone! I would absolutely recommend them for storing your stuff!

We needed to move into a new apartment after work last week and by the time we got there with our uhaul it was after 7pm so we had to wait until the next day. I wouldn't rent from them again because of the gate hours.

Only issue I had with an inside unit on an outside wall was that dust get inside while I was away and there was slight water damage to some files in a bankers box. Not a big deal but one can see daylight through the cracks in this 5x5 unit that can allow dust (so prevalent in AZ) and potentially rain water. Thus I would make sure next time to have a truly inside unit not exposed to an outside wall.
