Van was dirty and the ac vents were full of dirt and when I started the ac all the dirt went all over me and into my eyes. Very dangerous.

Nishat RThey lied about how much fuel is in the tank. I took pictures when I dropped it off. They gave me a damaged truck. The drivers door was really messed up. And on my last trip to unload the gate, locked up through feet down. I do not recommend this place and I think that the truck that I rented needs to be fixed or not be rented anymore.

Benjamin SThe owners who work here and very rude and disgusting. The location is very nasty and run down. I usually rent from an actual U-Haul location but had to go here out of convenience. I will never come back and this location gives a bad name to U-Haul.

Geovanni MMy reservation was for a 26' truck and when I picked up the truck it was a 20'. The agent at the uhaul location said someone should have called me the day before to inform me of the change of size of my truck. Because of the smaller truck I had to take 2 extra trips and charged extra mileage and extra hours from uhaul. I paid an additional $98,9 because of the miscommunication and lack of customer service.
Anthony IWas not told it was 6 hour rental. I did not know until I received text. I would have rented 24hr rental elsewhere. Why did I pay daily rate if only for 6 hours
SHEREE BThis location was located inside a convenience store and the employee forced me to wait multiple times as he was checking out customers that came while he was checking my vehicle. A 5-10 minute process took about 20-30 min because he kept jumping between checking out customers from the convenience store and processing my rental return. Horrible service overall.
Geoffrey DI "reserved" a truck with budget truck rental... they left me hanging with no truck and gave no solution ... Never again. So I had to book a last second reservation with U-Haul. The U-Haul location is inside an old liquor store... But don't let that fool you... Truck was in great shape (looked almost new)... Lady at service counter was very pleasant when I picked up... Gentleman was very nice when I dropped off... Excellente expérience

Ajanaey RHorrible customer service, initially she requests me to take a picture of the dashboard for her to process my return, although that's not a requirement, I decided I will help and do it. Later when I showed her the milage, I got charged without any notification and then when I requested to understand the charge she immediately said contact the location you rented from. When I mentioned that you're Uhaul as well and should clarify she said I don't owe you a clarification, so I requested an invoice and that's only when she gave me the invoice clarifying the breakdown. VERY VERY RUDE AND HORRIBLE LOCATION.
George EI will never rent from this location again. The woman is horribly rude. I needed to extend my rental and she said ok but never updated it in the system. They have also done something weird with the gas tank to where it doesn't move the needle after putting $10 in gas in. I had to put almost $15 in to get it to register. This place is a scam.
SABRINA SIt’s weird, I drived 64,6 miles, in order to return the truck without charge, I have to paid $70 for adding gasoline, I just need a explanation, I rented two times before, never paid so much for gas like this time

Giovanny MCustomer service should be enhanced. While I'm checking in, the front desk clerk continues putting me on hold while turning around to assist clients in the store. The check-in procedure took more than 30 minutes as a result of this. The process of returning a truck is a nightmare. The clerk told us she couldn't process the refund (she input the incorrect fuel charge). She refuses to acknowledge her error. About 40 minutes later, a young assistant arrived and verified the truck fuel level indicator and suggested she call Uhaul to make the correction to process the credit.
JOHNATHAN LI dropped the trucks off after hours and they do have cameras. Still the location out a totally different drop off time which caused me to being paid an whole extra day. Also I took a picture of the gas during pickup because someone had stole the gas out of all their trucks so I was passed empty. I was still charged for gas when I returned it.
Geraldine TI haul website needs to be checked for "bugs" especially in the payment section. I paid everything online, even got to the confirmation page, but I closed out because I thought it would be emailed to me. Went to pick up the truck. No payment was sent. Tried again online, it wouldn't even save my payment method. The site needs some attention. Then I ordered an appliance dolly for the day, which was "available" at this location to find out later it's not.
Wade CI was quoted one amount on the phone and then it was tipple that amount when we dropped the truck off. You make people think there getting a deal by only charging $25 but then you charge up the ass for everything else and rip people off. I'll never use you guys again. Penske from this day forward
brenda dOwner of the run down market barely speaks any English. Truck was filthy could barely see out of the windows. I requested 3 dozen moving pads and he had none.
Zachary SThey documented the wrong milage of the van prior to me taking it by 9 miles . They had it documented as 73150 when actually it was 73159 and I was charged the difference. I actually only drove 9 miles but was charged for 18 miles !!!!

Betty PYou app is terrible. Using it was a waste of time. If i had booked through the counter, then everything would have been dine. Once I did make it through the app, the lock on the key box would not open up. The guy at the shop did go out of his way to get if get it for me but the point of me using the app was to give me an early start. I drove over 100 miles to get this truck and the delays cost me around 90 mins.
James DPlease clarify that when someone 'creates a reservation' , this is not the same as scheduling. I had a reservation created for Marks market in Ontario today, but when I showed up, the clerk didn't have anything scheduled for me or an available vehicle. I had to call Uhaul to see what's going on, they found me a 10 ft truck & when I arrived it took 30+ minutes for the clerk to complete the check out because her system was having issues. The self serve checkout option was also showing errors. When dropping off at the location a Uhaul rep texted me earlier today, the lot was completely dark and locked with no one there to let me in. Luckily a stranger happened to arrive and allowed me to pull my truck in and finish the self check out prompt for returning, though it was very unclear on where to leave the keys. The lot was dark and covered in junk so I couldn't see we'll, and the nearby store front I walked to was closed and locked up with no lock box in site. I called customer service to be met with an hour-1 1/2 call back time. Customer service eventually called back and now I have to return to the site tomorrow to return the key. Overall I'm disappointed, frustrated, and surprised by my experience with Uhaul.

SAEED TThe truck Was very dusty and dirty inside the Cab,. The shocks were bad! I had a long drive and the truck bounced the entire time. Shifted and broke some things, The truck lost power while driving, I had to pull off road for several hours, which caused me to have the truck an extra day.

ANA DMy original location didn't have the truck that was reserved for me; spent 30 minutes on hold and was lucky enough to find another truck close by, but it delayed the process and was incredibly stressful–not knowing if I'd have a truck to move that day.

Jose BThe check engine light came on during the trip. I had to wait over 2 hours for a mechanic to come and caused a 4 hour delay because of rush hour traffic. No one called me, after I previously requested it to explain the situation and the awful delay because of the poorly maintained equipment. Not sure I'll ever rent another U-Haul truck. Absolutely terrible experience.
Micheal SGuarantee the pick up location upon reservation without changes. It was a huge inconvenience having to drive out further and end up paying more in gas. Also, ensure that your trucks are properly maintained and without issue. The truck I drove had a misaligned steering wheel and the engine was extremely shaky when I drove above 50mph.

Erik SI picked up truck at 11 AM and returned it second day 8 AM. The store charge me two days rental, double move safe insurance, dolly rental and moving pad. It's unreseanable. Won't rent a truck at this store. No good!
