Jill DExcellent service from ordering the Uhaul in the office to picking up and dropping off. Office Admin was very nice and worked with us on pickup time because we were not sure when our furniture was going to be ready for pickup. The truck was clean and the air condition worked like it was brand new. We will definitely use Sandersons UHaul in the future.

DANA SThis U-Haul needs to be taken out of your fleet. Miserable 8 hour trip!! The Axel squeaks, the trailer shakes. It was loaded properly. We've rented many trailers and we pull our large boat all the time. There is something wrong with this trailer. Borderline dangerous. It's very very old so that might be the problem. I tried to leave this note on my return app but it would not save.
Mark GThe truck was in dire need of engine maintenance BAD! The wheel alignment was way off, and the shocks/suspension on the passenger side needs to be looked at and fixed asap! It was a very rough ride, the engine idled extremely high, and the front passenger wheel felt loose and wobbly. I'm actually quite surprised that the truck didn't break down or fall apart. Also, it would've been so very much appreciated if U-Haul's customer service and the U-Haul physical locations were actually on the same page, and not telling customers 2 completely different sets of important information, i.e. accurate return options, accurate truck size/availability, accurate #of days included, accurate equipment included/NOT included, accurate pricing, etc. Very misleading, very frustrating, very unprofessional.
