This has nothing to do with the location but uhaul as a whole. I returned my truck with 1/4 tank of gas more than I had when I left and I only ended up renting it for 6 hrs instead of 24 but they charged me because I went over 1 mile. Ridiculous. I checked out in the app so again, it was not the location.

The experience was the pinnacle of convenience. The team was absolutely stellar to work with and helped out with hooking up the trailer as well as returning it has never been simpler - no waiting at all!

Difficult to get a vehicle when the place of business is locked when arrived. Better information/instruction should be given upfront about how this vendor operates in the set up/ confirmation email.

The pickup location where I reserved the truck was changed the day before. No one was at the new location which was farther away, then we got sent from sandy to Centerville. We had to wait for over an hour then back to Taylorsville then to hooper.

The hands down best U-Haul place yet. Needed a small truck in a pinch, was able to get it within 20 minutes. No up-sales, no nonsense, no tons of checking boxes. This will be my go/to place from now on, and I will be needing a truck again soon. Thank you for awesome and uncomplicated straight forward service! 5 Stars!!!

This is a very close drop off location for me. Would be nice if they had more equipment to rent.
