The only problem I had was the field manager was very rude, and didn't even realize I had made a payment the day before he called . He acted like I was way over due. Which was not true, but even if I was it was not necessary to speak to a customer in that manner. I think his name was Alex I will ask the location who the field manager is. I was very upset when I got off the phone with him.

Equipment needed maintenance (rear brake light inoperable, lift jack needs grease packed) U-Haul customer service is abysmal, I have used U-Haul several times over the years and this rental will absolutely be my last.

This is NOT about the location but rather the truck! (1) The check engine light was on when I cranked the truck in Cleveland Al. and stayed on for the entire trip! (2) upoion touching the breaks just to slow down the transmission down shifts running the engine from 1800-2000 rpm's instantly to 4000-500 rpm's. And this was NOT in the tow/haul mode! I was concerned the engine would blow several times! Also the front end had a bounce . Not sure if it was the tires or front end/alignment! This happened several times over the trip!

Close that location! That wo.an wrote up the return date on the contract. Then when I found out 2 days late, some asshole called and threatened to pick it up with all my stuff in it. The lady then admitted to me the mistake saying"i will notify my regional manager and tell them i wrote it up incorrectly and all will be well. Then she lied and told them she made no mistake, that it was my fault. Then she would not answer my calls, return a call left from her voicemail. She wouldn't even call me back after uhall sent her an email telling her to contact me(supposedly they sent her one). They charged my card approx $100 per day for a truck that was $29 + 15 for insurance with a total of 140 something miles at $1 a mile, plus my $140 initial charge on day of picking it up. I had it 6 days and it wasn't even the location I called as and arranged to rent it from. UHUALL SUCKS!

Make furniture pads available when ordered. I had to use antique quilts to cover my furniture for travel 4600 miles and they did not survive the trip.

The truck was nasty they tried to give me a truck with prior damage that was not reported to uhaul I had to scrap gum out of the back and sweep before I could load m ugh furniture

Speed up the process. My appointment was 7 am and I left location 830 am. My reservation was not done properly. All the information and preparation I did in advance, I had to do again the time of rental. My estimated cost was 150 dollars. I paid 197.87. Plus 40 fuel. For a 5 hour rental. I felt that it was not worth the total. However, the vehicle drove and the ride was good. The check out process was relatively simple.

I'd recommend someone other than UHaul. The vehicles needed are never available when needed, mileage is overpriced, and you don't credit when there needs to be a credit.

I was suppose to pick my truck up at cave city Arkansas at 830 am and when I got to cave city to pick it up I was notified that the truck was not there I had to drive 30 miles to ashflat Arkansas. Then wen I got there they wanted a 100 more then what I locked the price in on the phone. So i was very disappointed in the service. I was also supposed to get 40 extra miles because I had to drive so much farther to pick up my truck and then had to drive even further to get the auto transport.

The girl, at S & S, it was her 1st day. Their internet system was down & it was obvious after numerous attempts the system wasn't going to come back up. I repeatedly told her to call Uhaul, however was ignored. After realizing she wasn't going to call, I go to my car to get my phone, as I was going to call myself. I had 2 missed calls from Uhaul because I had not pick up my reserved rental. I returned the call, explained what was going on. Your Rep called S & S, talked with them & I was handed the phone, downloaded what I was told, made a pic of my driver's license & all was completed. The area Uhaul rep/mgr was called by S & S, however, was making a delivery, & was of no assistance. The owner came in while the young lady was attempting to get their internet system back up. She told him what was going on & we both explained she had already tried on numerous occasions to do what he told her to try. He told her to try again. Another situation was had I been there at 8 am to pick up my rental unit, there would have been no one there to assist in the connection. It was 9 when I arrived & the owner arrived shortly after. It was 9:45 when I finally got to leave. There was no one there ahead of me. I was running late already & this was very frustrating because their internet system was down & they didn't know what to do. Had I not called the toll free # I'm not sure exactly how much longer this would have taken. Oh, I did call S & S to let them know I was running late & was on my way. Please let your Rental facilities know to call your toll free # if they have a problem. I will rent from S &S again, if I should have the need, but only because I have no other options at this time.

It would be better to have a truck that doesn't have a hole with a patchwork repair in the roof and rusty screws holding it together. My belonging were drenched and ruined when I arrive to my destination 300 miles away through the pouring rain. It's disappointing when you rent a moving truck to keep your belonging safe from the elements but it's inefficient. The defect was noted after I was able to obtain the keys from the lock box. The truck was otherwise clean and ran well. The customer service to accommodate our pick up time was outstanding.

Well for one have someone there when your gonna pick up your truck, had truck reserved for 11:30 and never got it till 6:00 all my hired help left. And wasn't even compensated for the incompetence and loss of money I endured!!!

I tool the truck back on Saturday at 2PM and dropped off. Went backMonday with key. Was told she could not do anything because the computer would not let her into file.so still need a 40 mile credit, was carged 100 miles more than I drove, and charged me for 3 days too many. We were going to pick up on Thursday morning.

The drop off location was some 20 miles further in a remote location. I tried to go to a closer more convenient location and was told there would be additional charges.

Uhaul changed my location from one location to the other. Which was fine because I was allowed extra miles but the hand trucks were not available which lead me to have to phone several other places to see if they had any and rent them elsewhere!

I feel that I should have been told, the location was not going to be open. My original location for pick up had been changed, that message, I got. Customer service, informed me a truck had been left open for me and said they would add miles, for my inconvenience of driving 70 miles away from my move. At the end of my journey, I paid for going over my miles, not happy with U-Haul and it wasn't the location's fault
