We had a couple communication hiccups but they were very receptive. We got everything figured out and things went better than I had planned. U-haul arranged a better deal and Scott from S & S storage was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the whole experience and price was great. Definately using them and recommending them again.

I did a Sunday drop-off at a storage site. The access road was a bit hard to find, and it had not been recently plowed. But I was still thankful for the dropoff location closer to my house

No personnel or office on site to return equipment to. Would not answer the phone or return calls even when voicemail was left. Took several days to get ahold of anyone and only responded after the regional rep made contact. Informed them that I wanted to use a different payment method if any additional charges were to be paid and he agreed to call me if there were additional charges so I could give him different card info but that didn't happen, he charged the one on file anyway. There was a big mess up at the pick up location to where they added extra days instead of the miles that needed to be added and he knew that yet didn't take that into consideration when charging for extra milage. It was an extremely frustrating experience and I will never use this location again.

not told my truck was moved to another location. no one there. no paperwork, no truck inspection for damage, 5 miles farther from my home. got a phone call saying keys were in the truck cup holder as I was pulling into the original requested outlet. The ordered furniture pads were not there. when I called, was told he didn't have any. went to original location for inspection and pads and they refused as it was not their truck order.

The location of where we got the uhaul was amazing and Scott was very helpful! Unfortunately the new policies for uhaul is where we aren't happy getting charged twice for equipment because we went over our hrs is a little ridiculous! The old system was so much better and there was unlimited miles instead of paying per mile a little tedious to me.
