Owner was very helpful and accommodating! She knows what she is doing!!
Kimberly NSandy is a phenomenal person to deal with. Thorough and punctual, the business was pleasant and I'll definitely go to that location every time.
Carlos RI dropped the trailer before 2pm and the lady checked it in at 8pm. There are cameras everywhere they can check. Also, I tried to check-in online but the app couldn't find my location.

Jerry MThey did not have the utility dolly I requested. They did offer a regular dolly at no cost, but it is not the same. There was no communication about this until I went to pick up the truck.
Brian ASandy is a very nice person and everything went just smooth and without any problems!!..She is helpful and kind , plus fast and professional!!! I love renting out at her Store and at the Corner of Uhaul you can get your gas filled up right there!!..Very convenient...勺
BARBARA Ethe Uhual said it was open, but nobody was there, and the building was locked. the drop box was attached to a shed next to storage units. i have to park the truck in an alley and leave the keys. still have no idea why there wasn't anyone there.
Brayden MI booked a one-way rental, the lady who handled the paperwork was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She looked up the U-Haul drop off sites at the end of my trip for me. She took me outside to show me with truck it was on a very cold and windy day. I highly recommend Sandy's.

Clarence GI think overall Uhaul is not a cheap option anymore and it is way to expensive for just some hours of use !!!...Uhaul advertise a cheap rental on Trucks / Trailers etc.etc..but at the End they will lose customers !!!...The Service was very nice at the chosen Location, but the rental policies are way to high !!!...

Carolina PI was skeptical about getting a trailer from a non Uhaul dealer, but the lady who handled the transaction was extremely friendly and helpful when I picked up the trailer. I would give her a 15 out of 10. I was having a bad day and her friendliness cheered me up. I would highly recommend.

Lansing DVery hard to find. Additionally there was a hand written sign on the door that no one would be in the shop until May 3, which is a week away from the date that I had reserved. So there was no assistance from the shop when the GPS locator would not work on my phone. I had to call Uhaul and they were helpful but after an hour of trying to figure out the GPS with them, the return time for the truck stayed the same, so I lost an hour of time that I reserved
Stacey M1st 3 days of calling them - unable to leave message - never did speak to them on the phone number listed on line. Finally found the office - which was closed - called an alternate number - husband answered - said store was not open. Had to call me back to tell me how to get the truck. took nearly an hour to get the truck even though I had ordered on line over a week in advance and checked in the day before. Further there was no appliance hand truck provided - even though I was charged for it. Simply horrible service from Sandy's. If it wasnt for your phone in and mobile service I would have been unable to rent the truck. Love Uhaul - will never do business with Sandy's again.

Jeremy CWhen I went to return the equipment, it was 10am, open sign on door, door locked, called no answer, waited over 40 min. Horrible experience. This is a dealer and looks like a very shady business location.

BUDDY BWas difficult to find location. Need better signage. Was unable to get a military discount. Told we needed to call Uhaul to get discountsl. Very difficult to get though to speak with a representative.
Tom EI had a terrific experience renting a truck from this location. The service I received was extremely nice and helpful. I was a first time truck renter so I had many questions and everything was explained to me in detail. Due to the nature of moving away, I won't have the pleasure of renting from this location again, however I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Buddy BPlease send your customer service respesentstive Lakanijsha to retrain. Her bedside manner & professionalism to provide the best customer care is lacking. I felt I received no positive suggestions regarding a request for an additional rental day. I feel she could have been more helpful, instead of bring so cold and unavailable to offer a more accommodating suggestion. Instead she was just stern that I was notable to keep the truck an extra day, and if I did then I would have to pay the 2 reservations listed, and their moves. So I was left no choice, but to offload my furniture until 11:30pm, it was raining, and I had to walk home after turning in the truck, because it was 12:45am. There should have been a better way to treat a customer.

Cindy RWas never given the requested appliance hand truck. The building is falling apart in disrepair. Very disorganized. I did not feel safe in this location. Where the truck was located did not match the picture in the app. Furthermore, although the business was supposedly open the door was locked and nobody was inside. I could not get the help I needed. I will never rent here again.

Edward MThe gentleman who assisted was wonderful. The return site location had no clear business sign posted. If it wasnt for another uhaul tow unit laying around, one would not know for sure this was the place. We ended up at the local Uhaul place around the corner and they had to direct us to the drop off place. The 3rd party receiving company needs a large sign posted.
