I have rented from UHaul in the past and the customer experience was excellent here. We picked up the UHaul on Friday, 19th April and the man working gave us exceptional customer service. Friendly, informative, quick. I would pick this UHaul location again and recommend to friends. I wish I remembered his name. He was the only one on duty and was cleaning vans and trucks as well as looking out for approaching customers and immediately helping them. Moving is always stressful and we want to thank him for making the process so easy!

Jerome LHad to drive 45 min to a place that had a car trailer. Then for some reason they flagged me and would nit allow me to rent. Then there was a two hour wait to het a representative on the phone. There were two nails in the tire upon getting it and nothing was done to fix it. The tail lights did not work on one side. They blamed my car but when i got it to Nampa Idaho they guy showed me they just needed to flip the wires it worked. I was quoted 500 but was charged 600$. Over all i feel uhaul is a rip off and could have killed us with the nail and the back lights not working .

Saul PI was in a rush to take a couch to the dump, and Alex was very quick to get me a pick-up and get me out the door. Very helpful. The location is a bit hard to spot but conveniently located just off Hwy 1. Would recommend.
CHRISTOPHER SFriends, the dealer blew out the back of the truck, which was definitely helpful. But the interior was a sticky, gooey mess. My spouse demanded that we stop and retrieve wet wipes so we could clean out the truck before our 1200 mile trip. Also, when we put two commuter cups in the forward cup holder, it collapsed, pouring tea all over the floor. We taped that together and put a support box underneath it for the trip but it should have been fixed before that moment. Also, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, since the ones we had left streaks with every pass and squeaked mercilessly. A few hundred miles in I had the bright idea to stop at a Uhaul dealer we were passing, and they were kind enough to put in new wiper blades. Problem solved! Finally, the brakes on this truck squeaked. Definitely made me wonder about the mechanics of the engine. But eventually, we make it to our destination safe and sound. Hallelujah.

BHASKAR GThomas needs to work on his people skills lol he's so rude for no good reason. He told us the van had a full tank of gas so we should return it full as well. Sure, no problem! That's usually how it goes but what was weird is that we only used the van for an hour and went 10 miles. I don't understand why and how we used 4 gallons of gas to go 10 miles.

todd rMaybe don't threaten your paying customers with reporting the truck missing/stolen when they have been in communication with U Haul throughout the entire duration if the rental. I had just spoken with customer service who said they added a note to the account that i would return it by 4pm. At 12:30pm, the rental location called and told me i need to return ASAP and how soon can I get it returned. I said by 2pm, probably, as i was waiting for the guy at the donation center to finish pulling every thing out of the truck. He told me "if you don't have it back by 2pm we will report it as a missing vehicle" I started to explain i was just waiting on the donations guy to finish but the uhaul rep on the phone told me "the deadline is 2pm" and then he just hung up. Totally unnecessary, rude, disrespectful. In the many years I have dealt with uhaul, i have never been treated so badly. Needless to say, I will not be renting again.

TRUDY VPick up in Santa Cruz was easy, smooth and owner was delightful. Drop off in Toledo Oregon was a mess. I had to contact U Haul for the drop off location and was redirected to different location, as the location could not accept the trailer. We had to check ourselves in and do everything at drop off as location was closed. We got charged after hour fees for both the truck and the dolly, but we should not be charged, as we dropped off at 3 pm on Saturday and it's not our fault that the location that WAS open could not take the tow dolly. We request a $40 refund for the after hours charges, as it wasn't after hours for the first location.
