No one kept me informed. I had to guess that everything was fine. No contract, no deposit, no drop off point.
fred rWhen arrived workers seemed very confused of why I was there. Then proceeded to give me a truck with a padlock on the back in which they have no key to take it off. We stood around for 30 min while the worker called the owner on a landline and proceeded to have me talk to the owner over the landline phone. They were going to make me wait so they could cut it off, but I explained I was in a hurry because of the time allotment. They then gave me another truck, but only after basically begging. Owner was apologetic when I returned the truck so that is the reason there's two stars instead of one.
Elizabeth WMy credit wasn't applied to my rental $50. This is the 3rd time and it keeps getting given to me for the next rental. I would like my credit card credited

Osvaldo FCustomer Service was excellent. The lady that answered the phone was patient and provided the information needed to be able to reserve truck online.
Todd EMark had connection problems with the computer, but managed to update the documentation using his cell phone and hand me the keys to the vehicle in a timely manner, allowing me to met my appointment with my customer.

Francisco SFor all my troubles renting the equipment I got just 15 extra miles free (I was renting one way from Fresno CA to Santee CA) the rental allowed 406 miles. When all was said and done I went a few miles over and had to pay $5 extra upon return. Not much but wasn't pleased since I had the run around in getting the rental van in the first place. Just irritating
Gregory GHave more trucks available. Really nothing, the person who reserved the only truck never showed up so we were able to get the truck, it just took all morning and afternoon. Everything else was quick and easy. Merci

Marvin BEverything was so easy to arrange and pick up. Used the UHaul app, and got the keys from the business on site. Very friendly location and super helpful. Easy online return to the same location.
Matthew MNothing to do here. The truck even smelled brand new when I got in.! Super friendly and helpful counter person. Totally saved the day! Costs an arm and a leg on mileage fee tho. Will only use this in an emergency for long hauls. Great for local moves!
william mThere was almost a hiccup concerning the equipment (dolly and moving blankets) that a homeless guy in a fenced area behind the liquor store was essentially guarding. Luckily he wised up and gave us the equipment we rented, but we almost didn't get it as he wanted us to talk to a guy at the liquor store (at 8 am) when they were closed.
Brent BThis was supposed to be 24/7 access but when we signed into the website to pick up our truck it told us to wait until the store opened at 9am to get our 8am rental. The owner of the store didn't show up until 930am. U-haul gave us $50 credit but I wouldn't use this store for truck rentals ever again.

Dominic TI was given a u-hall with a broken mirror and was electrical taped on. It was the passenger mirror and it would not stay where you needed it to see. I was unable to see at all on that side. When I brought this up to the store his response was oh they didn't fix that? You don't have to drive on the freeway do you? This was extremely dangerous for me to drive And at time I was unable to have a passenger with me so I could not make certain turns and had to find alternative routes to be able to drive. This was the most stressful experience driving without a working mirror and being such a big truck. Safety should be the number one priority. And it was not in my case.

Michael PTruck had bird crap all over it. Had to clean it off myself. Also, this location did not have the dolly that I ordered. They did have a different dolly which I used instead. Average experience.

Sandra MClean the vehicle - the cab. I had to clean out the last persons used toothpicks and dirty napkins and it smelled like pee. Very gross.
Sheena Rthe drop off location is a dirty liquor store. Not at all inviting. Clerk at the counter was not knowledgeable at all and had my write down my name and number on a paper bag. just not a good representation.
Justin WThe 24/7 check in didn't work for this location since the store opened at 9 and the keys are inside the store. The person that works at the store was 30 mins late. Another customer and I waited until 930 to get the vehicles the associate didn't apologize for being late. Just went about opening the liquor store before helping us. I will need to using that store again.

james eThe fuel tank was near empty. That just added to the stress of a move. The location wasn't bad but given other options… i would be more likely to go to another location. I used Happy car wash twice recently (for trailers) and they were great… maybe they (happy car wash) set the bar too high.
Eric AThe uhaul in Weaverville ca was above and beyond exceptional. Steve was helpful, courteous, and very professional. Dropping off the truck went without delay or inconvenience . Steve makes uhaul happen and should be recognized for his outstanding job performance.

Louis sI wish I had taken a picture if the fuel level when I picked it up. It was under a 1/4 tank. We returned it well over that. I don't think I was told to take photos prior to taking it on the trip. I never got a text ir email after I picked it up. Communication regarding this was missing. Glad we had no problems though.

KYLE BThey were not available at 8:00 am which was the time I reserved the truck and they did not open until 9:00 am but they really did not open until 9:10. They were nice but it took over 1/2 to get the truck even though I had done everything ahead of time.
