Came to drop off my trailer, was told, "just unhook it in the back" so I did, and left. (That was Sunday) got charged $20 dollars a day all the way to next Friday because they 'couldn't find the trailer" (because said guy never checked it in) when I call to talk to them they say I have to call their corporate number...

This was NOT my chosen location for pick-up. I chose my location based on how easy/close it was to my home, I was sent to a gas station to pick up a very poorly maintained trailer. The person who connected it to my car did not explain how to adjust the chains once the trailer was packed, resulting in me being stopped by Montana State Police because the chains were sparking and could cause a fire. The trailer was peeling paint inside, which left a film on my belongings, the moving blankets left blue marks on everything they were used on. Seriously unhappy with the whole experience!

I was charged a fuel charge when I brought back the truck back with the fuel back to the exact amount. This happens alot with U-Haul.

There wasn't a drop box, so I gave the keys to the clerk but didn't get a confirmation or anything so it felt a bit sketchy, hopefully nothing goes wrong. Would be nice to be informed how many gallons the truck you rent takes so you can gage easier to refill to pick up level.

U-Haul was dirty. Brakes need replacing. Workers were nice. Bad area…had to leave my car and was worried the whole time! Tweekers everywhere.

If I had not had my two grown sons with me I would not have waited there. It is not a safe location. The truck had a very loose gear shift that should be repaired.

Personally I don’t think anything needs to be done..the reps were very friendly..professional and respectful…I certainly enjoyed the experience there..

I use U-Haul on a fairly regular basis and have never had a negative experience before. The seating area up front and back of the van both had a lot of trash in them when I picked it up. When I returned the van, the person would not go out and look at the mileage with me. He said I would get a receipt the following day. I asked if he wanted to see the photo I took of the mileage and he said no. I was charged for my estimated mileage, NOT the actual mileage. I called the next day and told them, but they still have not credited me the more than $10 they overcharged me. This is also the first time I have ever used U-Haul where they did not have me sign any paperwork or give me any paperwork. Overall, this location is extremely unprofessional.

The truck has lots of mileage already for this long a trip . Also someone smoke a weed or some very strong cigars inside , that gave me huge headaches. Truck had big shaking at the front end . The guy took a truck around his gas station and told me there is no problem! lol I had no choose , and had to take it what they have . Because I hade to move out my house in to different city asap .

There was a guy smoking drugs in the parking lot, the customer service was terrible and the owner was very rude. He acted like it was an inconvenience for me to pick up the trailer. He checked the blinkers and break lights but once it got dark we had no running lights at all! He replaced the wiring clip before we left but proceeded to just throw the old one in the bushes behind him while I was standing right there! Once we got to our destination and unloaded the uhaul it had leaked water in the inside onto my chair. First and only uhaul experience and I won't ever use one again. I will not recommend using this company if this is what is acceptable.

I called ahead, and the attendant was dismissive when I asked what the procedure was to leave the truck. He also only took the key from me and didn't say anything. This station was slightly better than the last but still very run down.

I paid everything up front no insurance I put gas in and now I’m being charged for insurance and was sent to collections I WILL NOT recommend or use Uhaul ever again

The vendor of the U-haul truck I rented was atrocious. Upon entering the store I was asked for my drivers license and the clerk snapped a pic on her cell phone, ON HER CELL PHONE! Is this proper protocol? Hardly. The cab interior was not clean and with the reservation I made I was to rent 6 moving blankets that were non-existent but I could drive and pick them up. You know when you're talking to somebody and they're on the phone and you're waiting for them to end their conversation? Yeah, you guessed it, he continued his conversation and tried to speak with me talking on the phone. After about 10 OK's I asked him to take the phone from his ear and do his job helping me because I got tired of OK. I finally get it out of him the person who does the truck rental gets in at 9:00AM. 30 minutes I return and I get the truck checked in. Do not use this rental quicky mart location EVER!!!

The Indian lady behind the counter was rude. Her customer service skills are nonexistent. I told her why we were there and she took other customers before us. I had a much better experience at the other location on Evergreen Way! Shut this location down and open it somewhere less ghetto and with better customer service.

I was told I could drop off truck near my home when I reserved at the Brownsville location near my home. When I picked it up the I was told I could drop it add at any U-Haul. Luckily I opened the app before driving to the Brownsville location because the return U-Haul was 20 minutes away. Huge waste of my time with tons of wrong information.

The trailer was fine, the location was kinda ghetto , I didn't feel real safe parking out back, with people laying/sleeping? In the parking lot.

It was the best service I got. They were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was fast. Also it was a big plus when you can top up the fuel when returning the vehicle, right at the gas station. I would rate this place as A+

Truck wasn't steering well, and I'm pretty sure fuel gauge was either rigged or broken since it never moved. Lady at the counter tried to intimidate into putting gas by the threatening to charge me even though I told her that the needle was exactly where it was when I picked it up. Im pretty certain I will never rent from this location again. I've rented at least 10 U Hauls before and nothing was even close to how bad this experience was.

The location was very convenient for me. The truck was adequately clean, though the windshield and exterior were dirty. The cab was reasonably clean but was much better after I vacuumed it. I drove it 43 miles and put in 9 gallons to fill the tank. Obviously the previous renter hadn't left the tank full. The truck needed a front end job. Steering it straight was an exercise in bouncing between the two lane boundaries.
