Truck was a piece of junk and they acted like they didn’t know. I will never go back

STEVEN PI was charged almost $1900 because the UHAUL rental was not properly closed out. I tried to fet the matter tesolved.and the local franchise owner effort was minimal and lacked due diligence. I contacted customer service and they advised the franchisee to contact his area manager to help resolve the matter. I was suppose to get a status call this evening and thar did not happen. I am extremely disappointed and I am not able to pay my minthly.mortgage payment which could.result additional interest and late fees. I want this matter resolved ASAP.

NANA FThe retailer gave me the information sheet that had the gas and mileage. The mileage was correct but the gas written down was incorrect versus what the rental actually had in the tank. The van was a quarter tank low and I had to fill up the van to match the sheet of paper so I got ripped off on the gas.

keysha HMy concern has been the quality if the vehicle at this location. My last two experiences havn't been impressive because the vehicles need services especially with the transmission. The personnel at this location are great and welcoming.

Alex SThe owner is horrible said I stole the truck an key that was on video off me putting in box and when I went up to the location he told me he wasn’t worried about it call corporate was not concerned to pull there cameras to see if anyone took it just blamed me I called police the whole time the truck an key was out there. I think this company should be investigated because he an his son is a franchise I think they are in on when people steal there product because he was not concerned and didn’t apologize after the fact. His answer was well he’s getting old mind you I got the truck SUNDAY at 9 brought it back by 12:48, they close at one I was able to have it til 4:30. By Tuesday this man still saying his truck wasn’t out there.

Dedra TI was told that the gas was full, and I drove off, but after I drove a few miles, the arrow showed that the gas was already low. at the end of the trip I spent $39 on gas at a price of $3.1 after driving 51 miles and I realized that the gas was not full when I picked up the truck, it is a regular 10 foot truck, I never left the engine on. also when I left the truck, I was charged $9 for 2 gallons extra, but at the place where I left the truck, I filled the tank to full, the gun automatically turned off. I felt as if I had been robbed
