Transaction was smooth and easy. Trailer was already hooked to truck upon arrival. I only wish that Uhaul would update their equipment to meet the mpg of their competitor.

Trailer was dirty. I cleaned it before hauling my equipment. I have rented trailers from U-Haul many times; this was the first time I got dirty equipment. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Making the appointment online was convenient, the trailer I needed was available, the location was nearby, and the staff person was friendly and helpful.

I was not informed about my money being on hold for 3-5 days. I was told it would be returned within a couple of hours. And never given a cash alternative. That money was to pay my mover and provide gas for doctor's appointments. I am furious about the whole situation!

Made another reservation at a another location and they where closed despite normal working hours. I was late because of this. I know unforeseen events happen in life but I would have loved call, text message or something so I could have made plans prior.

This was our first time using uhaul and was unsure of the return process. They were very helpful with the return.

Your locations are great, the people are awesome. My problem is with your equipment. No cruise control, no Bluetooth, crank windows? I felt like I was driving a vehicle from the '70s. Also, I am only 6' tall and I felt like I was smashed up against the steering wheel, and I had the seat slid as far back as it could go. If you want people to rent your equipment, have equipment that people want to drive.

I would do nothing differently for this location. The service was above expectations, and the service manager was amazing and went above and beyond to make the process as fluid as possible. Could safely say one of the best U-Haul experiences I have ever had.

The car transport trailer I rented was junk the tires were not good and the trailer bounced around the entire time I was towing it . The trailer was also damaged when I picked it up . The trailer needs serious maintenance it is not safe to use

Tore up my van under to include muffler and told me it was just a scratch until I got under myself and saw that it was the enter underbody to include a smushed muffler. Big liars and rude - said oh it just a muffler nothing we can do. The guy was very matter of fact and moved on made a call to owner but hung up when I walked in. Then proceeded to come back to take his own picture for a claim he said that he could not submit. Just big time unprofessionally and no I would tell people to stay far away

Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Place was a dump. The only staff member was a woman who talked over me and rushed me out with a wave of her hand. Did not even do an inspection of the truck.

Standardi national rates I took a car dolly from Fort Myers Florida to Milton Florida $85 the return trip Milton to Fort Myers over $200 will not do again

I can not answer the question about the clean and inviting or the personal part. What I can tell you, the drop off portion was a complete joke. No personal was on site, per instructions on the door we were just clean it, check in and inform you the rental has been returned. The problem was no one at Uhaul what they were talking about. My account couldn't be located so I had to make many calls to get that straight. As I was trying to get it cleared up, there were 3 other people trying to return their rentals but all of us were having the same problem I was having. Not sure what it was the fact there stood 4 of your rentals trying to to return their rentals and we all had the same issue, it needs to be fixed for future customers. Nickie McIntosh

We had reserved a 20' truck, car hauler, and dolly 2 weeks in advance to this location. However the morning we went to go pick all it all up, they did not have the truck or trailer. So they sent us to a different location to pick up the truck AND then to a different location to pick up the car hauler. AND on top of all of that, they did not have any dollies at any of these locations. Overall, it pretty much sucked and put us way behind on moving that day.

The truck had a full bag off used tissues from someone blowing their nose which was right behind the drivers side seat. I drove 500 miles before I noticed it. I could have conceived COVID-19. SHAME on you all. Second, the truck beat the life out of me. I drove a thousand miles to Detroit area and ended up in the hospital with stomach and back issues for 24 hours. I had to have my sister drive the truck to the u-haul drop site for me. I will never recommend u-haul trucks for long hauls. Fyi. Air bags instead of a spring suspension. All your big trucks use them, you can too. I am very unhappy with u-haul.

You could do a little more maintenance on your truck the transmission felt like it was slipping a little

I didn't really have a huge issue with this location in particular besides that online it said it was open until 5, but when I arrived at 4, the doors were locked and no one was there. I tried to check in for about 5 minutes, and kept getting an error. When I called the 800 number, I was told my reservation was cancelled, because I wasn't there by 4pm. My issue is with uhaul's online reservation system. If a vehicle isn't available, it shouldn't let you book it. I reserved a cargo van for $19.95. Right after I reserved it, I got a call from uhaul letting me know that the van wasn't available and the only thing I could reserve was a 15' truck. I said that was fine as long as it was also $19.95. The girl told me that she would change the price to $19.95. When I got my Bill, I was charged $79, not $19.95. I was only charged 0,29 per mile, instead of .69, so maybe the girl I spoke with changed the wrong rates. Either way, I was still charged more than I should have been. It wasn't worth calling and disputing, over $30 or so.
