Office was unoccupied at pick up time. Truck did not have dolly, utility dolly, or pads that I had rented along with truck, so I had to wait for 45 minutes while the owner located those items, and then I had to drive to another location 15 minutes away to retrieve them. This owner should not be allowed to rent Uhauls.
