Only negative was trucks tires and wheels were caked in mud when I picked it up. Agent apologized.

mary martinkaThis location is scheduled to open at 9am. However; employees did not arrive to open the store until 9:15am. Customers are on a strict timeline with movers. This caused significant delays in my schedule, my movers schedule and their next job after mine all because U-Haul did not open on time. First thing my mover said is "We are not off to a good start". I believe initially blaming me for the cause of the delay.

Ruby SolizUpon arrival in he staff member was looking at the wrong return as I had two rentals a truck and a trailer. I advised him I was not returning the truck just the trailer. He l didn't acknowledge me so I asked him if he heard me as the truck was not due back. He said very rudely I heard you the first time. That was his introduction or greeting. I asked him if he was having a bad day when he told me to take the trailer somewhere else. I was in a hurry and did not have time so I asked him if we could start over and he reluctantly agreed to take the trailer which was on the contract as the drop off place. I watched him take the trailer and park it. Everything worked fine the entire trip. He calls me about 45 minutes later and says there is damage to the tongue of the triage and he's going to charge me 600 dollars for damage. I tried to tell him nothing could have damaged the tongue and it was working just fine. Finally bc of his nastiness from the start I told him I needed to go and called corporate and filed a complaint. I have rented from U-Haul probably 20 times in the last 4 years, trucks trailers etc. never have I been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. This guy is looking to find something to make money or make my life difficult due to our interaction. I don't trust this place so opted to return the truck to another location. Rude and shady business. I hope U-Haul will look into this.

The employee quickly and free of charge upgraded me to a different vehicle but I do not understand the reservation system if the equipment reservation does not guarantee me that equipment.

Justin CarterThe gentleman who ran the store was very polite, gave us explicit instructions, and did his job professionally. I was impressed as I have had unpleasant experiences at other U-Haul locations in past years. The truck was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Since I reserved online in advance, we were not kept waiting.
Kathleen WestStop using the 4 day limit for some sites. I actually used th trailer for a move to Arkansas an due to a high price for dropping the trailer in Arkansas, I took it back to the Dallas area for a much better price. However between the time I picked up the trailer and dropped it off I had to go to a funeral. The 4 day limit was up @10AM. I didn't get it back until 5PM. That caused me to get charged for another day and another protection charge.

Steven SingletonTruck smelled like cigarettes and front window was hard to see out of. Had to stop a gas station up street from location to clean. Dropping off truck, I locked up and put keys in overnight bin. When ending rental I had to take and upload photos that I couldn't take cause I already placed keys in bin. This is the first time I've had to do so much when dropping off a rental. Was not fun !

jacobi johnsonThe guy that helped us was so busy he just left when we were taking pictures. He was polite. The truck smelled like there had been multiple smokers in it. Could not even use a/c it smelled so bad. It's in the a/c. Took it back the next day.
