PRESTON BETTSThe only problem I had was taking pictures to verify the mileage and the level of gasoline in the vehicle. On your 10-foot trucks the steering wheel is really close to the dashboard and it was extremely difficult to get my phone at the right angle to take the pictures that you require. Other than that I had a very pleasant experience and I thank you very much

DONALD BUEERMANNUpon arrival I found out they did not have the furniture blankets and dolly I had requested. Additionally, after pick up of the uhual I discovered that the fuel line to the gas tank had been cut which then required roadside assistance thereby delaying my departure. The vehicle is kept outside on a road with easy access for such events to occur.

Linda OlmosThis entire rental experience was TERRIBLE!!! I reserved and rented a one way rental from Redlands to Orange county. The Redlands location calls and tells me that there is an equipment availability problem and I will have to return the truck to Redlands. Then they didn't have the truck I reserved and offered a smaller one, not acceptable. She offered a bigger truck but I would have to pick it up at a different Redlands location. I had to ask for the miles of return trip be included to get them. THEN at this Secure Storage Location the woman had to call U-Haul 2 or 3 time due to billing issues (the computer wanted to charge me $400 something for this rental that I reserved online for $97). Then she had to call again because it was wanting to charge me $226 which was not including the mileage credit. In the end, they did end up billing the correct amount. Terrible all the way around. I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone who asks.
David WilsonBe upfront with your charges. I believed I was paying 60- some dollars and got charged over $100. Pathetic. I will be in touch with someone about this. Therefore I will also pass this along to friends.

Michael MercerThe location was changed 3 times on my reservation which was incredibly confusing. As well, I was never informed that my reservation was changed to self service which lead to me unnecessarily sitting in front of the store for 20 mins waiting for them to open. The lock box wouldn't open, and the process was pretty confusing because I didn't know it was supposed to be self service, that is not what I chose when i confirmed my reservation. Allen from customer service was a complete rock star and turned my experience around. He got me the correct lock box code and swapped my reservation so i had the right truck. If not for Allen I would be incredibly upset, but thanks to Allen I'm mostly happy with the outcome.

I had to scramble to find another truck this put all my deliveries and pickups hours behind and I lost one load . I rent every Thursday from the same location . No help or compensation was afford
GREGORY FOREMANWhen I got to my first destination my rental with your company had changed my pickup location 16 miles from where I was supposed to be. Than getting the truck there was no furniture dolly ,pads , utility dolly upon arrival. I was told to go down to the original destination for pickup the rental truck and they would have it . It is now have to drive the Rental truck back to the other location the get supplies. The rental agent told me that they would have everything in needed. So upon getting to other location they told me they DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING for me . Than tell me to drive to another location which they will diffently had my supplies. Upon getting to that location was told they only have a furniture dolly and they will have too look for the other supplies. After ten minutes they said they had the pads and NO UTILITY DOLLY. THAN TOLD ME THEY HAVE ONE TO BUY ONLY. SO when I left I had pads , and furniture dolly . So I had to go buy a dolly for myself . I need to be refunded for the supplies on this trip . Next time I will be thinking twice about using you company for any future business. Thank you for your time, James Fontes

Craig ParkerYou can notify customers before hand that you do NOT offer any ramps (even for rent!!) with 10' trucks. We had to invest $25 at Home Depot to rent 2 ramps for 1 day! Hopefully we will never have to deal with U-Haul again!!! The truck is scary to ride in and you about bounce out of your seat going over every overpass! There should be a passenger hand grip above the door to hold on to!

Kelley BrunsonI wish they had more selection of trucks available. The car also could've used a washing on the outside. However, the customer service at this location was excellent and hassle-free. I would also suggest listing specifically in the instructions that you have to squeeze the lock first before it opens.
May KimWe had no idea how to get access to our U-Haul. We had the location changed on us only the day before, no one was there when we picked it up (granted in was 7 am), and the online location through the U-Haul app was incorrect so we had to wait half an hour on the phone until someone realized what went wrong.

PERRY BITNEYDon't say your going to match a competitor and then don't actually do it . You shorted millage on actual contract and did not cover your environmental fee that 5$ was no big deal but the short millage. That shouldn't have happened !
