No staff when I arrived, just a sign saying "out on property", which I understand but please also leave a note saying "call <name> on xxx-xxx-xxxx for service. Otherwise no complaints at all

Bernard MUnfortunately the truck I reserved was supposed to include a furniture dolly and utility dolly however, both pieces of equipment were not in the truck. As a result, it took an additional 45min speaking to customer support to resolve this issue delaying my move.

Carol KHad 2 hand trucks reserved with the truck, 3 weeks in advance. Received a call 10 minutes before I picked the truck up telling me they had just rented there only hand truck to someone they claimed had a prior reservation. When I gave them the date of my reservation the person at the country admitted maybe my reservation was first. With people wating I had buy a hand truck at a cost of over 90 dollars. The improvement would to have support equipment on hand and not be such a penny pincher. You only had 1 hand truck and no furniture dollies.

Larinda IParking brakes where not working. Spoiled lot of our time. Moreover for loading we parked on a temporary place but due park brake release we were put in risk of get fined. Assistance came after1,3 hours of efforts. We need to extend our moving plan to night which become riskier

Laurie WI received the best truck i have ever used with u haul. After my last experience i told you i would not recommend or use u haul again. Well, i need a truck on short notice (1day) and I couldn't figure out how to use Budget's online registration, so i came back to u haul. The steering and transmissions were in terrible shape on the trucks i had already rented from you this year. They were both over 130 000 miles. Yesterdays truck was obout 60 000 miles. It was very clean inside, steering was great, looked very well taken care of. Did not have ridiculously loud freeway noise! I enjoyed driving it. Best take care of your fleet to keep your customer base up.

Christopher GGot to my pickup location and was told their computer system was down and was sent to a different location. The second location had no equipment available and got on the phone with management and then I was told to go back to the original location and use the 24/7 online feature which I did. But then it was a battle with the first locations person working that I actually had a reservation because his system was down. He finally got on the phone and confirmed I was who I said I was. All of this could have been handled at my first attempt if these small independent stores had some training. I always dread dealing with Uhaul with its understaffed stores and long lines but this was exceptionally poor performance.

max wPerson at front desk was rude and seemed like he had no clue about the operation of the company. Asked if it came with a lock said he didn't know. Bought a from him after we found out it didn't have one, no problem I figured it wouldn't be supplied with a lock. He sold me a lock that did not fit the latching system on the truck. O well I was out 8 bucks. Went to the truck in it's parking spot. Upon inspection when I got the back the rear cargo door was open. A homeless man was sleeping in the back I politely informed him that I just rented the truck and he had to go. When he left he had left his meal from the night before all over the floor that consisted of a spilled gallon of milk crushed cereal cookies and candy all over the floor along with two used crack pipes and some old socks. I cleaned out the back and had to sweep and mop the back out when I got home before I loaded it. Things happen I get it but that seemed a little ridiculous. truck ran great no issues on my journey but definitely was not impressed with my 20 minutes at security pro storage
turner jWorker refused to wear a mask. Didn't seem interested in helping me at all. Would rather just listen to his death metal music blaring loud. Its amazing how dirty Uhaul cabins are. You would think since this guy is just sitting around all day you would have him spend some time cleaning the cabin. But nope. Uhauls are always dirty. No one at Uhaul seems to care.
David MLocation had a homeless person camp on it covered in pornography. It took 1hour of waiting on hold to be told i couldnt access the truck with safari search engine. None of the dolleys or furniture pads I requested were provided. The lock on the back of the truck barely fits when I returned truck to location there were homeless people all talking to me. I am a large man so it was fine but if i were not i would have been scared.
