Joy HTruck was releasing tons of smoke from the exhaust and engine readily increased temperature whenever I pushed the gas pedal.
DAVID DI originally scheduled to pick up a truck near my house. it was canceled and I was made to drive 34 miles out of the way to pick up a truck. it was a HUGE problem!!!! I'm very upset and want my money back. never will I rent from UHAUL again.

Carlos OWe arrived at this location minutes after their closing time with a trailer from out of state. We ran into Joseph, an employee of this location as he was leaving, who asked us what we needed. After a brief explanation, Joseph asked us to wait while he went to get a key to allow us in to the location. Short while later, Joseph returned as promised and allowed us to return our trailer and in doing so saving us much grief and stress. Joseph went way and above for customer service and I would absolutely return to this location.
George rI looked online to see what time I was suppose to drop off the truck but the email said nothing. I was late for my dropoff because of this. please in the email sent send the pick up drop off location and any inormation like late fees, or cancels and the time to be picked up and droped of
David EI would never recommend UHAUL after my experience with them. They cost me extra money and time and could not keep their promises. I will never use UHAUL again.
