Rupert GTech put the wrong drop off address on my paperwork. I drove and couldn't drop off rental. Then when I called dealt with a rude customer service agent; waited 20 mins for an answer on where to rental and had to put more money in gas to drop off across town so I wouldn't get penalized. Terrible experience and I shouldn't have had to add more gas.

REBECCA RI showed up 10 min before they closed and they were not willing to check me back in. They told me to put the key in the outside slot and they would do it in the morning. I made an effort to get there before closing and 1 hr and 15 min before the truck had to returned and I was turned away.

GUADALUPE Bwe got charged almost $40 for a refueling fee because the gas was just under the Quarter of a tank line! it was at a quarter when we dropped it off!! I thought that was absurd!

Geraldine SSome locations don't accept certain forms of payment, the truck was dusty n had sum minor body/mechanical damage to driver door not noticeable until u opened the door. It had to be slammed to make sure it was closed properly. During drop off, the office was locked with no note on door or anyone in sight during business hours. The parking area was full n there was no info as to where to park the truck in that situation.
Cynthia CI was charged for fuel when I returned it at the half mark. I took a picture when I dropped it off showing where the marker was.

Robert PCould barely see out the windshield, had to stop and wash it inside and out just so i could drive it, received it with the gas light on, had to put $130 into the gas tank just to get it back to where it said it was in my paperwork then an additional $50 to put it at the 1/4 mark indicated. Overall I'm highly disappointed with this location, i spent 3x the rental price just on gas.

Doug YI'm celebrating the representatives that greeted and assisted me were stellar. They were professional, friendly and accommodating. The truck rental was Superior to other U-Hauls I have rented in my numerous past experiences. The air conditioner was wonderful in the truck especially on triple digit day. They made in moving Day less stressful because of their professionalism.

ernesto mNo staff in the office when I arrived. Had to walk about half a mile to find the truck and then back to the office to get a key in no shade. After all that, the truck did not have any of the loving equipment we ordered (furniture pads, appliance dolly).

nicole dAna is always very helpful. There was a little mix-up between my expecting a 10' pickup verses a 10' box truck. Suggestion: if a customer requests a 10' truck, clarify that this location only has box trucks before the order is taken.
