It was very hard to tell where to park the 26 ft UHaul . No signs on the yard! Called John he said it was on the door! We did not see it! No one there even though it said it was open on Sunday! Make the signs/ parking/ what to do clear

I travel also most 100 miles , oil light came on there was NO OIL , i had to buy oil and find sum one to help me. YOUR COMPANY NEED TO MAINTAIN YIUR VEHICLES ON THE REGULAR.

Clay TThe location in convenient, well maintained, however your customer service has a lot to be desired, including timely in opening the gate when no other customers are inside. When i returned the cargo van it was full of gas, unfortunately i did not get a printed receipt at the time of the return instead it was emailed to me. A couple hours later I printed my receipt to get reimbursed and found that i was charged for 2 gals of gas. Before i returned the vehicle I filled it up for less than $5 . I only traveled 13 miles. The agent did not mention that i would be charge for gas when i returned the vehicle otherwise i would have been able to show her that the tank was full. When I returned a couple hours later to question the charges and was told that the vehicle was already rented out which was not true it was sitting on the lot. The charges for the 2 gallon was only $10,2 but it is wrong to cheat your customers. What would be interesting is to find out the rental history of that vehicle rental after me to see if it went out full or not. My church has a food pantry and the rentals are only used to pick up food from to serve our needy community so any amount that is misrepresented to the church is shameful.

Wayne GIt needs to be more clear on which locations offer night drops when you pick up the rental. I drove to do a night drop only to be walking around aimlessly looking for a key drop and having to drive home going over the 99 miles allotted. Also the 99 mile cap is BS

Braxtyn LStaff was great, she was very friendly and professional but the truck I drove wasted 7 gallons of gasoline and I only drove 23miles. That means the fuel economy is less than 4miles/gallon which is absolutely ridiculous I can't imagine someone requiring to move across states needing to pay thousands of dollars in gas alone. Trucks require maintenance to maximize fuel economy, they were run down and check engine light was on.

ANDREW TThe vehicle had less than 10 000 miles there was a problem with tire monitoring system I could not read the information display the message keep on reading low tire pressure R/R. Other than that it was an excellent experience. And I will be renting from this guys again.

adi nNothing. Although, it was a little tricky with goggle maps, the service, the customer service, and facility is like a hidden jewel. It was a consumer friendly experience from the online registration to the pick up and return of the vehicle. As a senior, this location is a win-win.

Tracy SThe girl working facility (African American) not sure her name has absolutely zero customer service. She is so rude! Doesn't acknowledge customers as they walk in. Ignores them and walks right past them and goes outside. There was a mix up with online reservation. Truck was rented on 9/15 @ 4:30 and returned on 9/16 at 9:30 am. There system was down when truck was returned and just received confirmation and it shows the truck was returned a day later 9/17.

Kris BThe fuel charge is B.S. I put 7,04 gallons in the truck before returning it. My total mileage was 45 miles. With the 3 gallons you charged me for, that's less than 5 miles per gallon.
