Guadalupe SIt was very difficult to get into the place and the guy did not tell us ahead of time where to park. When he did tell us that we had to back it into this little bitty spot that it wouldn't even fit in he had an attitude. He kept mumbling under his breath and then said just forget it I'll put it there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dnscc LDropped the trailer off at 9pm at the back of the lot as instructed. A man living in a broken down delivery van came out threatening me and my friends as we were positioning the trailer. The man claimed to own the property and made empty threats. Things could've ended horribly for him, but instead resorting to violence, I decided to talk with my lawyer about taking legal action

Jonathan EVery unfriendly,didn't take the time to inspect my vehicle. The alignment was off and tire worn out. As I returned to inform him, he just said call roadside assistance. He had no control of it. This cost me lost of wages and extra money I had to pay due to storage storage hours. NEVER AGAIN!!

Alexis SThe operator was inattentive. He was more concerned with changing a tire fore a customer that arrived after me. He input my information wrong and created a major issue with the drop off location. Then someone from U-haul called me stating they needed another $200 to drop off in the new location. She told me that she would put a request for me to dispute the issue with her manager and that I would be contacted in 48 hours. I had to call back 5 days later because I was never contacted. Then it took an entire day at this point to speak to management. It is not right to charge the customer one price then when they are on the road with the equipment, call them and charge another $200 because the company made a mistake. Poor customer service at best.

David RThey charged me for an extra day even though I used it for only 8 hrs. Of course Management has to look at it. This is the second time I'll have walked away saying "never Uhaul again"!!!

Felicia NI was planning on returning the trailer and checked the store hours online. It stated that the place closed at 8pm. I arrived at 7:05 and the doors were locked and the sign on the door said that the location closes at 7. I did find a sign that stated how to return after hours and that worked out, but two other people also showed up shortly after I did thinking that the locations closes at 8 as well. Please correct store hours online and in google.

Dustin FMy fiance was able to help me figure out why I got an invoice in my email. I thought it was a 2nd charge for the trailer when it was actually a receipt for what I paid on it may 3rd. It was confusing but everything is sorted out now. I won't have to worry bout getting a refund on a non bill. It threw me off a bit
