Anthony KI had rented a vehicle tow dolly. The unit was the nicest dolly I have used. It was high quality and I felt confident in it operating as intended. I only needed it for a local transport but would feel fine using it for a long haul.

HOLLY LI was told that i could pick up the truck that i was renting at 7:00 AM. When i arrived there the truck was inside a locked fenced in area and couldn't do self check out. Delayed almost two hours with help on the clock waiting costing me more many in time and labor. Truck not cleared and parked for access. Customer service is poor.

Trevor wequipment and location is good. they would not help disconnect and park the trailer.

Glory GI returned the rental to this location as it was listed as 24 hour drop off. No where, no where in the contract, did I see where I would be charged $20 for returning after hours! When I talked to the employee (Darrell) the next morning, he never mentioned that there were unauthorized charges placed on my credit card. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing those charges, just wrong!

JAMES DMake sure car dollies arent frozen solid to the ground making it necessary to go find a piece of scrap lumber to lever the tongue off the ground.
