The facility was in great condition the manager was very respectful and helped me with everything. Would recommend everyone coming to this location if they need a uhaul or storage unit. Missy Clark thank you for everything.

This place is always awesome!
TIMOTHY COn pickup attendant would simply point into the abyss instead of clarifying which equipment we were supposed to be taking. Then had us rearrange the trailers in her lot to get to the equipment we actually needed all while sitting at her desk and watching. On drop off - same thing, just sat while we hand walked our tow dolly through the small lot. The equipment worked fine - the customer service however was lacking.
Ethan RHow about fix the trucks at the eminence Ky location? How about not making your client drive from shelbyville to eminence to Frankfort to get a working truck? How about not making me pay for the additional gas for the rental since it was an intown rental but I hd to drive all over Hells's half acre to get a truck and then additional gas to drive to and from Frankfort?

TROY KMike, at the Frankfort UHaul, went above and beyond to help us with our rental trailer. Our move to California was complicated and took much longer than expected. Mike not only helped us in Frankfort, but also assisted in dealings with the Versailles and California UHaul centers. We highly recommend this UHaul center and would rent from them again without hesitation.

DEBBI PThere was some confusion about whether the truck I reserved was available, the day before I was supposed to pick it up. Also, the location did not have the appliance dolly I ordered. Otherwise everything was fine.
Brenn CIt was difficult to do the pickup process and when I finally got it and found the key, it barely had enough gas to make it to a gas station. It should be full and it be returned full. Very disappointed in this U-Haul experience.

YOLONDA MThe truck had 2 small dents that I took pictures of before I left with the truck and the plastic seatbelt panel on the driver's side was loose, but overall the truck was in good condition.
Emily JWebsite said open tell 2pm. Lady was nice enough to stay tell 1:30pm. Sense they actually close at 1pm. Just a heads up. So I can't bitch. 藍

Michael BThe extra mileage charge and rate is a little excessive and not well detailed in the rental. That was disappointing. I can understand an excessive overage but 15 miles is a joke especially at $1 per mile.

Drew O2nd time I've rented dollies lately and again they didn't have any at time of pickup. Had to call around to multiple other locations to get them. Get a better tracking system on those.

Scott RThe inside of the facility is lived in by the employees. There was a horrible odor of filth, body odor and cats. One of us is very allergic to cats and ended up being triggered and suffered that whole night at work even with medication. But the worst part was the glass counter was touched and leaned upon before the lights were turned on to complete paperwork. When they were turned on, it was then apparent that there was animal feces and what appeared to be cat vomit all over the counter. They had to shower after leaving from the cat irritants and the filth exposure. Thank God we do not have young children that had to accompany us on this day. This is an unsafe environment. We will not return to this location no matter what.
