Personnel gave me a ride home, which was WAY above and beyond.
DEBBI PThere was some confusion about whether the truck I reserved was available, the day before I was supposed to pick it up. Also, the location did not have the appliance dolly I ordered. Otherwise everything was fine.
Brenn CIt was difficult to do the pickup process and when I finally got it and found the key, it barely had enough gas to make it to a gas station. It should be full and it be returned full. Very disappointed in this U-Haul experience.

YOLONDA MThe truck had 2 small dents that I took pictures of before I left with the truck and the plastic seatbelt panel on the driver's side was loose, but overall the truck was in good condition.
Emily JWebsite said open tell 2pm. Lady was nice enough to stay tell 1:30pm. Sense they actually close at 1pm. Just a heads up. So I can't bitch. 藍

Michael BThe extra mileage charge and rate is a little excessive and not well detailed in the rental. That was disappointing. I can understand an excessive overage but 15 miles is a joke especially at $1 per mile.

Drew O2nd time I've rented dollies lately and again they didn't have any at time of pickup. Had to call around to multiple other locations to get them. Get a better tracking system on those.

Scott RThe inside of the facility is lived in by the employees. There was a horrible odor of filth, body odor and cats. One of us is very allergic to cats and ended up being triggered and suffered that whole night at work even with medication. But the worst part was the glass counter was touched and leaned upon before the lights were turned on to complete paperwork. When they were turned on, it was then apparent that there was animal feces and what appeared to be cat vomit all over the counter. They had to shower after leaving from the cat irritants and the filth exposure. Thank God we do not have young children that had to accompany us on this day. This is an unsafe environment. We will not return to this location no matter what.

James SThe graffiti on the trailer was a bit concerning. The UHaul app is terrible. I spent at least 45 minutes trying to check the trailer in after hours. It would not upload the required pictures. I finally went to uhaul.com and checked the trailer in.

Darrell KThe mobile dropoff experience was nearly as frustrating as my mobile pickup experience was. The website crashed several times when it needed to load a new page. Once even at the very last step, which forced me to have to start from the very beginning. Fortunately, I was able to go inside and drop it off in person. I should have just done that from the beginning. Would have saved me half an hour of frustration. It was aggravating enough to make me never want to use Uhaul again.
Alex FThe truck was not clean. There was dirt and a dirty fork on the dash and trash under the seats. The back was fairly clean and in good condition. Picked up the truck in the middle of the snowstorm and they cleaned off the windshield and mirrors and started the truck while I finished the paperwork. I noticed when I dropped the truck off that one of the back tires was low and needed to be replaced as the tread was very worn.
DANA HEVERYTHING!!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I am writing to the Better Business Bureau and not to mention post my experience on Social Media. The truck was in horrible running condition, and there was NO GAS IN IT!!! I should of moved by 11 am on Saturday but instead it was 9:30 on SUnday evening. I had to be at work by 8 am the following day. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! You really need to be ashamed of Yourself!!! If you would like more details please feel free to reach me at 859-213-1627
Melissa EThe original location and time was moved without my knowledge. The second location I picked the truck up from was fine, but I had to walk a mile and a half to the second location in the rain because no one notified me that the location was changed.
