It was very difficult to access the website & code on an android phone; I had to use my wife's Apple phone. It took 40 minutes to access the information to get the lock code to access the van keys.

Patrick KnabelSince this location is not staffed, you need to know the code to get in the gate to access your rental truck. Then the U-haul mobile check-in process takes a bit of time, and you will need good phone service to complete. There was no hand truck included, which I had reserved, but I was not charged for it.

Kerra SpindlerThe driver side cab of the truck leaked the whole time we drove in the rain. The driver was soaking wet and it smelled musty from the water the whole ride. Some of our belongings also got wet and ruined in the cargo area of the truck

Mick MelbergerGetting and returning the truck was ridiculous. I had to call twice to get assistance with picking up the truck and returning the truck was worse because the wrong mileage was logged in and it kept giving me an error. U-Haul put the wrong figures in. What should have taken maybe 15 minutes each to pick up and drop off took 2 hours and a total of 5 calls to customer service. I wouldn't do the no contact way ever again. I would pick up at a U-Haul where real people work. Everyone is not tech savvy. The most frustrating part of the move was getting and returning my truck!

Sandra DanielOriginal pick up was to be in Mountain Top, PA however within 24 hours was changed to Pittston, PA located which was an additional 22 minutes out of the way. I contacted U haul but they were unable to change the location and started that would be the closest place of pick up. Staff was friendly and called to confirm pick up when we were 17 minutes late. Location was very limited on items for sale and for rent. Very small location!
