I cant say enough how extremely helpful Maria was. She went above and beyond to help us and find us a truck after the one we were supposed to pick up wasn't available. She was relentless in her pursuit of making sure we were taken care of and it was amazing. Maria is also knowledgeable and super kind and helpful! If I ever needed to use a storage facility again, it would definitely be this one and it would be 100 % because of Maria's expertise, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way to help. The location on 441 just told me tough and that just because I had a reservation didn't mean I would get a truck. Laura searched for one and none were available but an hour later one became available and she called me immediately. I will only use this location in the future

Maria had us take the trash out not only that it was pouring rain our car was filled to capacity she gave us no empathy on our situation knowing that we drove 12 hours to clear out the storage unit even after buying a van JUST to dump furniture. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE OR COMPANY TO MY PEERS.

The facility is spotless, there is always carts available and a lady can feel safe going to her unit. Also the layout is simple, not a crazy maze that you can get lost in. I started out what should've been $80 -$90 something dollars a month when I signed the contract quickly became $150 within six months. It was too much especially during these times. My rate was changed twice within a short period of time that I had the storage unit.

If I use the facility in the future I think it would be a benefit to have an option for a committed rent for a year with no changes. The final 40 increase was the reason I vacated. I loved working with Maria, she was very friendly and understanding when I fussed about the rising prices almost every 3 months!

I learned a valuable lesson ask that question before moving in. I'm almost positive the company rented the unit instantly. So they have my $50 plus the new customer that rented the unit most likely it was rented the same day. Nothing against you ladies you were the best.
