NOTING .. !! Another great U-Haul experience !!
James YTrailer and ramp were not swept out very well.

RONALD BThe truck we rented leaked in the box...water got all over...soaked boxes..windshield MOVED...top of it was bouncing up and down...it leaked as well...the fan in the vehicle squealled when turned on and due to the weather it needed to be running to keep the windshield defogged! When I called to report it to the store...All I got was an I'm sorry and let the store you return it to know... Ridiculous!

ROBERT RThe area that seemed to be designated for Uhaul parking was cluttered however there was enough parking to accommodate my needs. The person was very helpful. The inside of their shop/office was a little cluttered.

Thomas BHave a truck that is not a piece of junk, hood flew up since it wasnt latched, tires needed air, needs alignment, lock on back door didnt unlock. Barely would get up to high speeds. Wont rent another uhaul truck after this experience

michael rWe have rented from Uhaul several times over the years and when we pick up our uhaul, it is always clean. This time, we had to rent from a different location to get a 26 ft Uhaul. The staff was nice, but the uhaul truck was very dirty. I had to sweep it 3 times and clear off a huge layer of dried dirt all the way across the end of truck bed. Plus I had to clean up a wet, black, greasy substance. The truck should of never been returned in this condition.

Tiffany SYep. You could either make a choice to not charge per mile and make the customer fill the tank. As it is 99 cents a mile is way more than what gas and any repairs that would need to be paid. It would be greatly appreciated if we only had one payment to make. Either per mile or just fill gas. Thank you. Will never use UHual again.

JEFFREY DRadio did not work. Very annoying on long trips. Also to many stickers on drivers side of cab. Stickers create distractions while driving and becomes a safety issue. There are enough things to worry about during the operation of a large truck that you don't drive every day.
