IURIE CThe person wasn't there to help me complete the inspection or check in and was trying to do it while driving her car. The phone number didn't work so I had to look on Google maps and called the funeral home number to get a hold of her. It took a long time and was frustrating. My boyfriend ended up having to cancel a doctors appointment because of how long it took (45 minutes pickup time).
