I was never made aware that I would be charged 0,99 a mile. To my surprise I was charged over $200 just for milage when I received the final invoice. At no point when I was speaking to them did they mention the milage charge even when they asked how many miles I would be driving. I did not even think about it at the time. I have rented many trucks from Uhaul and have never been charged such a high milage rate. I would like an adjustment on the invoice for what I feel is an over charge.

Peter GThe truck I got has a hole, and a matress and support table for the matress were soaked and wet. I have pictures, in the matress you can't see it really, but in the base yu can see how t was wet and now is dry. It has stains. It could have been worst, but the rest of the things were not affected.

Charles BI reserved the truck a week in advance. I arrived at the office at 9:00 am. The staff was great! I left in 15 minutes, used the truck to move a bedroom set from West Palm to Parkland & returned the truck just 3 hours after renting it. Everything went according to plan. Very efficient business there !

Joseph TDon't falsify the gas records. My 17 mile roundtrip with supposedly a full tank of gas from U-Haul ended up with me buying 6 gallons of gas because I thought I had to return the rental with a full tank of gas whe I wasn't given a full tank of gas to begi with. The cost is not the problem, the principle is what bothers me. Especially when Im being told that a 17 mile roundtrip for 6 gallons of gas was due to how I drive and the weight of the ONE couch that I transported in the hour that I had the rental.
