Lesley SVery helpful owner, but Uhaul should not send renters to a location to return that is not ready for them. Location was full but owner still took my return. Thank her, but not Uhaul.
William DThere was no lock on the truck. Also, we had to buy a strap to hook the equipment so it didn't roll around during the move.

David Di did not recieve appliance dolly, still paid for it as well as paying additional charges for lord knows what. i was charged over 200 dollars when it was only supposed to be 80.
catelynn bI was forced into using their app to check in to receive the truck because it was a Saturday. The app kept looping and required customer service to get the app to cooperate. This process took an hour. The two young ladies that helped through customer service were great. But the amount of time it took to get into the truck for the keys cost me two people that were to help load. Thanks. I also picked up the truck with 35milrs to empty. The 2 girls I spoke to said to return it the same way. I returned it with 45 miles to empty and they tried to charge me extra for fuel. That was bullshit. I will be moving again in a few months. I have used uhaul all my life. I am 61. I will not use uhaul again. This experience ruined them for me

David SI dropped my rental truck and trailer off Saturday after afternoon. The place was closed and that's ok. What I have an issue with is that I was charge for three days when I only used the equipment for 2 days. I would like my refund of the extra day I was charged.
Lance AThe trailer I had reserved a week before was not available. Then, I was sent to a different location, for a second reservation that was also not available, then after 4hr I got finally the triller in a third location. My experience was horrible. .
WILLIAM BTom and his coworker (can't think of her name) were amazing, especially after I thought I would pick up the truck on Sunday but wound up having to pick it up on Saturday.
