I made the reservation and had email to confirm. Arrived at the pickup location as requested and was told they didn't open until 12. Had to drive to another location, didn't have the truck. Finally at the "3rd" location we got truck. Bob is not friendly and will not recommend this to anyone. When I called I was told they would credit the account for a discount and it was never received.

Better customer service at the pick up places. Should not be charged for extra items or anything else at the pick up spots without the customers approval and or signature.

Have trained people that are knowledgeable about U-Haul equipment and procedures. U-Haul simply blames the people at the location they partner with and thus customer service continues to deteriorate.

Only thing was left rear reverse light was out and graffiti was on right or left side but overall ok experience and one more thing very disappointing that twice I reserved a truck at a specific location both times I couldn't pick it up

Did not explain the equipment and how to use it. Truck was average on cleanliness, the left rear tire needed air and the front wheels really need to be replaced. Poor service over all. I see your survey ask if the personnel were helpful, why would you not ask the same question with the pickup location?

I will never rent from Uhaul again are recommended my family are friends the Uhaul was filthy dirty it didn't have no gas in the truck they send a email telling you to take pictures if something wrong with the truck when you sign the contract …why would l pay for someone else trash …lm reporting y'all to BBB for what happen to me….l see now why l never rental from Uhaul l always rental from Penske lm sorry l listen to my mom l would have never had this problem when them truck is clean and have gas…l rented from the wrong company will never happen again…. Proprietor admitted he had not even checked the vehicle from the previous renter. It was filthy. I had to clean it out before using it. Opaque process. Then, never even got the contract so I could know the mileage limits. I would have asked for options. Ended up costing me an extra $115. Completely unfair.

Reserved a utility trailer for $24.95. I declined their insurance and was still charged $8 for it. I called UHaul and inquired about the $37,45 on my receipt and was told it was only an authorization charge and it would be the regular price of $24.95. My final charge was $37,45 !

I am disabled. I have used THIS drop off LOCATION twice. The 1st time the store employee was able to get someone to HELP me. the 2nd time, the Uhaul employee drove up THEN LEFT After telling me where to park it. I HAD TO ASK OTHER customers to unhook for me.

Checkout was professional and speedy. Site was was roomy. No improvements needed. We were originally going to drop at Wanda's Flea Market. Absolutely no room there for a 26 ft truck and trailer. Glad we found Shawn Mart.

I ordered 4 dozen packing blankets. I had to personally go through all of the trucks on site and get blankets and fold them. After I could only find 3 dozen, I was given a plastic bag of blankets and told this was another dozen. When we opened them a couple days later, it was only six more.

U-Haul truck should be clean inside and out. The inside had someone who previously rented it smoked and left cigarette ashes all over. And spilled drink in cup holder.

Still Have not received my refund and was charged an extra day even though notes were put in that I would give in another day for free due to the location not having a dolly and me being pregnant and my husband having to move an entire house without any type of furniture dolly or appliance dolly. Can Never get through to customer service to get my refund will never use this service again horrible moving experience and never deducted for the dolly I never received!!!!! Scam moving service

Had to wait an hour for someone who knew what they were doing just to hand me a key. You shouldn't have someone running a store that doesn't speak English or know how to hand over a Uhaul truck key. I will never do business with this place again.

Had a 7am appointment to pick up. Agent didn't show up until 8:45am. Charged me insurance when I declined it. Didn't get a receipt or any paperwork until many hours after the rental. All this after 2 cancellations for unavailable trailers.

Over charged.....I filled truck to the same level I received and requested a refund. I have photos of the gages and needed a phone# to forward and I getting no response. I will dispute on my CREDIT CARD that I tried to resolve this matter and no response. I'll never use UHAUL again. This is the 2nd time an over charged on billing was done and Had to ask for a REFUND.

No attended to at the counter when I first arrived. The woman operating the gas station tried to give me the cell phone of the operator, it took me forever to get connected with him. He was out running errands and then eventually had to show up. Overall the transaction took way too long and the service felt inattentive
