It was not clear that the U-Haul drop location was indeed the location, if cars were not already parked it just looks like lot and the sheds being there also made it it confusing. Putting up signs or something to represent the location belongs to U-Haul would be a better experience

The process was ok. Had issues with uploading the pics to pick up the truck. I would say since this is a 24hr return spot, they need a light put on the return drop off box. I returned a truck at night and had a tuff time locating the box.
