Robert HI ordered the trailer from the Zanesville South Pike location and they helped me with every thing they were fantastic. I just picked up the trailer at Sheds direct
Pat MWith no on site assistance it was all phone calls in order to get the truck then no ramp to aid in loading Bullet hole in front fender Which the no on-site assistance and no loading ramp made 1 hell of a day put me behind schedule and lost my moving helper due to the bull shit delays not a good experience I’ve had way better experience with other u haul locations for sure

Christina LWhen truck was turned in no body called me. It was not until 2 days later I got a phone call from corporate office that it showed I still had truck. I called back to Shed Direct when they opened up and asked them to call me to let me know if there was any money owed or if I was getting anything back. I still did not get a call. I finally got an email stating what the bill was. If I need a truck again I'll try the other location or call Rider. Kelly
Kelly SWe needed a furniture dolly we wasn't allowed to rent one from Zanesville then pick up trailer in Marietta she said we had to get it from the same place so when we get there they didn't have one so we had to use a little dolly very inconvenient , Marietta was the closest place that had a trailer which is 1,5 away but fortunately that is where we were heading.
RODNEY WI would just make sure people are aware the size of ball needed for the hitch & also the trailer has to have a plug for lights . Which was a total of $100 additional just to be able to pull the trailer

Joe HI would have liked to know ahead of time that we would have to do the turn-in online. We had already put the keys into the key box and then found out we needed them and were unable to correclty do the virtual turn-in. I've used a uHaul a few times and never had this issue before.
