Nothing on the pick up site, but it would be nice if mileage was adjusted for the fact that I had to travel 60 miles out of my way to pick up the truck. And U-Haul needs to adjust routs to not take the shortest routes all the time as this would have taken me across an area of South Dakota with a high crime rate. Going around cost me an additional 100 miles. In the end, I ended up paying 160 dollars more due to those factors. other than that experience was great.

RACHAEL VBest U-Haul in the state if not region, A++ would recommend Ron and his crew!! After getting routed from FtMorgan to have to pickup in Strasburg or Brighton, Ron's team made our life so much easier for our move and went above and beyond. If you're using uhaul anywhere in NE Colorado use this location, they are the best!

RACHEL TI dropped the vehicle off on a holiday, so nobody was present that day. However, their was plenty of parking and the instructions for self-drop were very easy to follow, as was the key drop box easy to find. Nice job folks
DOUGLAS LThe location where I rented the trailer from told me that I would get a percentage back if I turned it the trailer early. When I tried turning it in early at the new location, they said that it’s a set rate. I ended up getting $0.00 back even though I turned it in two days early. I feel like the first guy just completely lied to me just to make the sale.

OLIVER MThis has to do with Ace Hardware in Sterling. I was given a reservation with t hem. I arrived the next morning on a tight timeliness only to be told Ace only rents U-Haul truck for use in the city of Sterling. I had to scramble to get to Shine On to get another truck to go to Fort Morgan. I should have been told ahead of time that Ace does not let it's U-Haul trucks go out of Sterling.

CINDY CMore professional at this site. The management were very upset at this trailers left the pickup site in such non working condition. This could have been a disaster!!!!!!

MATHEW WTrailer had a bunch of cardboard still inside when I opened it.
Larry TI had no verification that I returned the trailer. The gentleman just said I would receive an email that I returned it. I got the email two days later.
ROBERT FI returned the U-Haul on the same day to the Willow Run Feed & Supply. Will my account be credited for the second day I did not use when I rented the vehicle?
Marjorie NWas connected to trailer wrong and weren't helpful at all. I paid the 7 dollars for the assist and they said they did not do that. If I had known that I would have brought someone to help me. There are other choices in town that I would use going forward

Did a great job getting us set up with the equipment we needed and ensured it was safe. Very Professional!
