The customer service was great! The van was dirty and I could hardly see out the windshield. There was no washer fluid and the oil change notification along with the washer fluid notification was constantly rotating on the dash.

4 x 8 trailer we received had 2 bald tires, we were not aware of this until one of the tires blew out on the interstate, when service got there to change the tire that blew he noticed the other one was getting ready to ( wires) were already showing

I Sistine 5 stars because I was double billed. The rental site couldn't solve the issue and I was given a 1-800 number to contact the national U-Haul You all know how that usually goes. 1 hour and several bot conversations later I finally spoke with a live person who could help resolve the billing.

Customer service was great, I was in and out in a flash. It's a great location from my house and the employee took care of everything. Both the one that checked me out and the one that took me in were different guys but they both did an incredible job. Very impressed, they are extremely well managed young men.

I needed a reservation for 7am. I called a particular location to confirm that they opened at 7am, which they did. I scheduled the reservation for that location. Uhaul moved the reservation to a different location 1 mile up the road. I didn't think anything of it until I showed up at 7am to find that the new location didn't open until 8am. Also, the mobile app would not allow me to pick up the truck. It told me I had to call an 800 number. I called them and they didn't know what was wrong. They said the location down the street had a truck I needed and they transferred the reservation there. (That was the original location that I had called and thought the reservation was at.). I show up there and they tell me that they don't even have that truck. What?!! They said I could go several miles away (this was not an option based on my location and limitations on time when turning the truck in) or wait down the street where the reservation was. My best option was to wait. I had contractors set up at certain locations and I needed to use the Uhaul to get equipment to them. In the end I was almost 90 minutes behind schedule. The whole rental experience was a disaster. To top it off, the 800 number told me that I would be credited $50 on my rental fee due to the above mentioned problems. I got my final bill and there was no credit. Again, not a good overall experience.

You motherfuckers were supposed to have a truck ready for me before the store opened at 8:00 in the morning and somebody at the store fucked up and that truck was not available which cost me $150 worth of mover time when they sat around and did nothing for a whole fucking hour and my $75 an hour wage because I had to be late for work for an hour you fucking pukes. You should all kill yourselves because you're fucking worthless I do my job I expect other people to do their motherfucking jobs.

The U-Haul had a lot of dents the parking gear it's shakes because it's not stable so it looks like it's ready to break off. The cost of the U-Haul has gone up like 500 % are used to pay 1999 and 29 $.39 a mile and the cost that you're charging this will be my last rental. It was ridiculous for how bad the vehicle ran looks and is it's got dents and dings and weathered and very very old.

The location was good and I appreciate the work the associate went to overcoming UHaul computer issues. He had to complete the rental over the phone with UHaul. The customer later in the day when I returned the trailer had already been waiting an hour and was still not checked out.

All correspondence regarding uhaul rental (contract #11970029) was sent to the wrong email address. Shoppers Supply Gilbert was informed via telephone in a timely manner but would not/could not/did not (take your pick) correct the contact. You will need to contact the renter of your trailer in some other manner.

Scammers. Will charge you for gas and gas service charge even though you returned it with the same or more fuel. Hard enough moving let alone spending half a day on the phone trying to get your money back that should have never been charged.Very disorganized when it comes to uhaul rentals.

No, I would not recommend this location to a friend. I returned the trailer early. I checked the hours this location was open before I left and it was open supposedly. I was there at 9:45am and there were no employees to help take my trailer off my truck. I ended up calling customer service and the gal told me to take the trailer off my truck myself and leave it there and taking pictures to prove it and all that. Was not happy nobody was working to take care of it. Was very hot already outside. I spoke to customer service to see if they'd get me a credit or something for getting it there early and having to take it off myself and since no employees were working even though it said they were open. She would not. I took pictures and all that and thought I could go home and do the return all at home on my computer. I came home and tried that and NOPE, that didn't work. I then had to go back and do it all through the app on my cell phone at the location I got it from. What a hassle to have to go back. It HAS to be done when you're at the U-Haul location I got it from and has to be done by a smart phone. I didn't want to do the transaction through my phone. Just wanted a person to take it off and be on my way. This took way longer than I expected. Overall, the return of my trailer was not pleasant and how I wanted it to go. I hope to use a different location for a trailer rental next time.

I did the online check-in registration and we're supposed to be able to just walk in the store and pick up the key. It ended up taking me 45 minutes just to get the key to the truck. There were two employees dealing with one customer who had as well filled out everything online yet was having to redo everything in the store. By the time someone was able to help me, they could not find the keys to the truck. He finally found them in the dropbox outside. the online process took about 15 minutes and even with that time it took another 45 minutes to get my truck. My reservation was for 9 AM. I did not drive out of there until almost 10 AM.

Shopper Supply gave me the wrong truck. The contract odometer reading and serial number didn't match the truck they gave, and I didn't notice until it was time to check in the truck. I only needed the truck for 5 hours to transport about 50 miles, and I had to do an after hours check in at 12 AM. When I did the online check in, it said I drove 80 000 miles because it was referring to the odometer of a different truck!! I called uhaul customer service for another 45 minutes and they said I had to wait until business hours because the location screwed up. I had to take off work the next day and deliver the truck, but they couldn't even give me any sort of compensation or discount, even though they said they messed up! I even filled more gas than I needed to because of their contract mixup, and they didn't even reimburse me for that. I am supremely disappointed with this location and would not recommend anyone use this at all.
