larry haganThis was not the location I was supposed to drop the truck off at but Dave's Minit Mart wouldn't take it. The location we dropped the truck off at was closed so we just used the key drop. Can't rate this location
John GarofoloGet rid of them. They gave me a 41year trailer for a 900 mile move. It had bad wheel bearings and a a tire that was showing cords in the tread area. If it wasn't for the road service provider (Archangel Repair Service) we would have been stuck somewhere between Silver Springs, FL and Pittsburgh. Thank you to Archangel Repair and Vicks Auto Repair. They both went above and beyond to help us and we will be forever thankful for your help.

gary snowdenThe location I was instructed to drop off the trailer would not take it! I was instructed to take it to another location, I think it would be a good idea for U-Haul to make sure the drop off has space for the equipment before making the reservation.
narvin bakerCheck vehicles for cleanliness. The fact that roaches were crawling through the truck and now even after treating for them, found some on my belongings pisses me off.
Jeremy GeeMy only complaint would be the gas gauge stuck, so I ended up adding more then $30 in gas then was necessary for return. U-Haul didn't even attempt to discount my final bill. That was very disappointing.

Peter ChalifouxMake sure equipment is safe & don’t tell customers it’s 24-7 pick up & have equipment that is rented there liked agreed everything was bad & the van I rented had to be Towed away the dolly wasn’t there I had to go to another location to pick it up the van pulled to the right the brakes hasn’t safe the van pulled to the right I had to keep it pulled to the left to keep it on the road it smelled like burnt oil I had to wait one hour an 15 minutes for the place to open all though I had signed up for 24-7 just the entire experience was awful

Wendy FlowersInternet was down and had to wait to get truck. Open later than I had hoped. Wanted a truck early but could not get one until 10am. A/C only worked a portion of the time and it was very hot outside. Check engine light came on at the end. Sticky substance all over cab.

AARON CATESI was scheduled to pick up at 10 am. However they were not open when I arrived. The business hours on the door even stated they opened at 10 am, I had to call UHual to get assistance. I was not offered any compensation for the delay in picking up the moving vehicle.
Victoria NeavesPotterThe store/plaza frontage is very run down. When we walked into the office, the office itself appeared clean. The woman that helped us didn't really greet us, in fact, I think the whole time we were there, she didn't smile once. I had some issues getting my phone to take a picture of my license and she seemed annoyed. That's how we felt the whole time we were there... we were an annoyance to her. She finally had to take the photos with her phone. When I told her I'd already uploaded the front and back of my license online when I created the reservation, she said "well, this is what we have to do" without an apology for inconvenience or anything that seemed kind. She was very nice to another customer who walked in while she was assisting us. She smiled and said hello to her, but we couldn't get a smile for anything. I definitely would not recommend this place of business to anyone.
Christy CzarzastyWhen a customer books their rental on line and the location of the vehicle has changed- need more communication. I lost an hour of my rental time chasing the van down. And still had to return it at the original drop off time. For the lack of communication on U-Haul end. I feel that I should have been able to get that hour back for returning the van. The vehicle was good, the driver's side mirror should be replaced. It hindered me slightly when driving. Needed to look into the mirror for traffic. Everything else was good. I would definitely rent the cargo van again in the future.
Rebecca KesterSpend over 40 minutes with the lady working at this location, the equipment she gave me was not good, we had to go through three different ones in order to find a working dolly to pull the car. She went ahead and helped another customer that was there after me and when I complained she just ignored me and kept Helping the customer like if I wasn't even there. Definitely will not recommend this location again! They had nobody to help us figure out how to put the dolly on the truck, not a good experience

IAMFRE WASHINGTONi had no problem with this provider.. I did have a reservation with another Krystal lube. was supposed to have a reservation with them. When I arrived at 4pm Friday March 4th there was no one there. Talking to the u-haul rep he said they didn't make a res. he did find me a truck. VERY poor service with this provider

Donald GreenThey over charged me for gas, saying i didn't fill it back up but i most surely did!!! He charged me for 6 blankets he never gave me and he also charged me for not returning them!!!! I called the place after i found out that i was way over charged, he said he would call back and never did! i had to call corporate. And i have to email an area field manager to have him investigate!!! WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! DO NOT RENT FROM SHORES CARRIBEAN SHIPPING LLC.

Was suppose to be contactless transaction, which I spent15-20 minutes explaining everything had been done online and I just needed the keys. When I returned the truck (supposed to be contactless) a lady comes out asking me for the keys I get ready to leave. When I told her they were in the drop box she got an attitude. After my return the store added more items to my order which I did not ask for and then charged me for a 3 day rental which I only reserved and had the truck for 2 days. Thankful that u haul customer service had no problem refunding my extra charges. Don't recommend this location a bunch of crooks.

RANDY WARNERThe location at 10859 SE MARICAMP RD OCALA, FL 34472 is unsatisfactory for a drop off. There was no room to stop the trailer off…we attempted to back the trailer into a very tight spot with no luck. The person at the store suggested we take the trailer to a different location, which we did, about 3 miles up the road. The actual drop off location was perfect…lots of space and very helpful staff.
