The process when dropping off a trailer when they are closed is very nice and easy.
BRAD FOffice was closed, sign on door said call this number....drop key through slot. It was 2:45 in the afternoon on a Friday. Truck was returned 18+ hours early.

chris mAfter dropping off the trailer and making contact with the employee, she told me that I was good to leave, without giving me any documentation, and that she would get the information of the trailer and check it in. About 4 hours later, I received a call from the location asking me where the trailer was at. I explained to the caller that I had already turned it in earlier in the morning. She said she would check in to it and call me back if there was a problem.
james rDrop off location was not manned, we (there were 2 other customers there) all had to wait for the attendant to drive from somewhere. I had already dropped my trailer on line, he said that was fine, and that he would check it in later.

Donald LThe advertised price per mile was 0,89 and actual charge was $1,09 per mile. Manager was training a new employee, who checked the gas not the miles. I made 2 trips of 7,4 miles and the mileage was over 50 miles on the paper. When I questioned the mileage his attitude changed.

Jeff GThe website struggles greatly with what it's like to use it as a customer. You can't click and blow up anything so you can read it, including the receipt.
