Online services could be better explained especially one way and in town I was not given the choice I was just shown in town not one way and so I did not know my rights it was my first time using U-Haul and I had gone to the Mount Dora office and they told me that if I return the truck there instead of at the Bellevue office that I would get charged twice the amount I have just been through some traumatic experiences with a domestic violence and there was no empathy in the Mount Dora they stated that they couldn't do nothing and that they would definitely charge me twice the fair then when I said no that I will just return it back to Bellevue the clerk there told me that that was a lie that I could have returned it there and it wouldn't have costed me twice as much so I don't know which one to believe
Herminia CI made the online order and when I got there to pick it up I had to go retrieve the truck they did not do walk around with me I had to figure it out myself and when I got the paperwork I saw it would be a dollar a mile and she changed the drop off location so I would had to pay another 100 bucks

LEONARD SLocation was a bit odd. It was a small boutique which also runs a uhaul. The gentleman assisting us was pretty anti social and seemed put off by serving us. His wife however, was very friendly. I'd probably opt for service at another location.

Forrest tNothing comes to mind except to make more of the larger flat bed trailers available for trucks and full size SUVs. Had to drive to two separate locations, which was less than ideal.

ROGER PThe interior of the cab was fine. The transmission shift and run at very high RMP's before shifting to the next gear. Did this when the box was empty and loaded. Was not pulling anything behind the truck.
Sherri BOur Uhaul rental experience was excellent, all the way from Florida to Michigan. We returned the Uhaul to Newaygo Michigan on Saturday March 15th. Merci.
DALE JI was sent here only after I discovered my original drop off location had permanently closed. I was then charged for extra time and mileage to go to the new drop off location. Scam.
Lindsey NThe location was excellent. The equipment (RV unit) was is poor condition and did not meet expectations based on many previous rentals of RV units. This specific unit is end of life and does not reflect a good image on the UHAUL brand

david jtruckks needs to be checked out between uses,went to pick up one truck I rented it was rented to someone else,sent to another dealerac didn't work(90degree) weather,sent to another dealer got truck ,wiper blades shot, truck bed leaked,furniture got soaked,check engine light on for trip ,this was 1000 mile trip.

Al SI called the day before drop off date, the man who answered was less than professional. I arrived at 9 am on Wednesday scheduled time and date. Man behind counter asked if he could help, told him I was there to drop a trailer. Tried to give him my paperwork he was supposed to take. Was told he didn't need that and park the trailer on the hill. Sherry called and left a voicemail, she was very nice and professional.

Robert DWe rented a 26 ft box truck .. The worst ride I've ever had …. You felt every bump in the road .. 2 mile stretch on 441 south of Apoka which is concrete thought we were on a bucking bronco .. Put some air suspension on these vehicles.. I driven some junk tractor/trailers with Pepsi … I mean junk and those semis were more kind to the the body than that Uhaul truck .. talked to a couple of people about the riding experience and your vehicles are known for that . That's a shame …. On a positive note it got the job done , easy to use and rental location was quick and efficient !!!
Bryan IAdvise the proprietor to improve the signage as Uhaul signs were on the outside but you walk into a hair salon with no reference to Uhaul whatsoever so you don't know if your in the right location or not. Otherwise it was a good experience

Ernest AThis location is a nail and tanning salon. Although I have no issue with the business, incompetence of simply hooking up a 12' x 6' trailer correctly resulted in failure of the trailer lights and damage to the light harness. The equipment is dirty and not maintained probably. Had a tire failure as well and the corporate response was phenomenal, both professional and compassionate, still cost three hour down time, having to pay moving labor for nothing, and with the trailer light issue, which ould have been disastrous, was not safe. Using U-Haul for decades and will continue but be careful WHERE you pick-up your rental.

They went above and beyond to open for me when they were closed to accommodate my schedule. Wow! Who does that anymore! I will be a customer for life.
