No issues with Pick-up of truck. My issues are with Online Check-in and your Scheduling Department. They Suck. Not everyone has Internet and Data access on their smart phone some of us just use it as a phone and occasional texting which come with the phone plan. Internet access costs additional that is not in my budget. You need to put whomever is in charge of your Roadside Assistance in Charge of your Scheduling Department as Roadside Assistance is Excellent.. I will use you for local if I have the need, but I will NEVER USE U-Haul for a long distance move ever again because of your Reservation System, Scheduling and harassment from your schedulers.

This location is located inside of a gas station. While filling out the paperwork and working directly with the store clerk, the clerk would have me pause, step aside, every time a gas station customer came into the store. The Clerks were not professional. The truck was dirty, and they did not do a pre or post inspection of the truck.

At time of pick-up the cashier asked me to confirm estimated mileage we would be driving. I explained we had estimated our trip using google maps and it showed 40 miles. I asked if it really mattered that it was exact, expecting that the estimate would be adjusted at the time of return either up or down depending on the mileage we actually drove. She said she was not sure and thought that if we went over our estimate that U-haul charged $4 per mile over. I then asked about what would happen if we only used 30 of the 40 estimated miles. Won't that be adjusted so we are only charged for what we used? She said she did not think so. I then explained that it seemed crazy I was being told I will be overcharged for miles I did not use and at the same time charge 4 times the cost per mile if I go over an estimate. She did not have an answer which was really frustrating and stressful to not know what would apply, even if I had my own suspicions. They should now about the services they are offering in partnership with a company like U-haul.

This was a gas station with one attendant. Although he was competent there was no time for him to be away from the counter. The reservation system totally sucks. No one advised me there was a change in the pickup location causing lost time and additional miles.

First of all, I dont i understand why when you make a RESERVATION they can change it. They screwed up my dates and truck size (mind you this was directly.through uhaul not the dealer, they were amazing). Its complete crap. EVERYTIME I've used uhaul it's been a nightmare EVERYTIME. When I tried to call today (mind you I asked for manager). She was extremely rude and horrible tone of voice. She tried to flip it on me and tell me it was my fault? Excuse me, she shouldn't be in customer service. You all need to work on your policies.m for someone who has been a loyal customer I expect some understanding. Bot only was I locked out from the drop off location, but the stupid app isn't even working. Tell me how this is okay? Overall poor experience having booked through uhaul directly via. It's made no difference whether I do a short term or long term reservation. Shit customer service. No apology was offered upfront and that is awful. Your manager should be demoted to cleaning trucks because she obviously cant handle customer service. Next time I will dispute any charges if there is a discrepancy

Be sure the gas tank is full. Somehow your check system didn't work on the previous renter because I noticed it was slightly lower than full when I pulled away, but didn't think it worth returning for. I only drive 10 miles total before returning, and had buy over $10 worth of gas to get it back to full.

The exterior of the van was dirty. The window, the windshield, head bug splatters all over. The hood of the van head poop, bird poop. This place does not do a good job. And the person I dropped off the van too, was rude.

The larger trucks were not available so I was given a smaller truck! The customer service agent worked with me to extend my days and provide me with enough extra miles to make 2 trips which was great! I will always recommend U-Haul to anyone who asks! Thank you U-Haul!!!!

I received very quick service with both the check-in and check-out. The truck was ready when I got there. This part of the moving experience was painless.

The online experience is one of the worst I have ever seen. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with someone who didn't know any answers and had to live chat with someone else while on the phone with me. All just to get my account verified. And when actually picking up the van, it took almost an hour to do the process online between all of the verifications that have to happen.

I'd recommend double checking the back of the truck before listing it for reserve. There were often dollies rolling around or cloth mats in the back whenever I rented.

I called the day before to verify my truck was ready for this morning at 9:30 am, they said yes. This morning I received a call at 8:00 am and said they were over booked and it wouldn't be available until 2:30. When I showed at 2:30 they said my reservation was for 2:45. Which was not true. Then at 2:45 I went back inside and the worker forgot to call me when it was ready. Would not recommend to anyone, not happy with my first ever use of Uhaul.

They had no spare keys. When I returned the truck, I turned off the truck and took pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge. I then left the vehicle and accidentally locked the keys in the truck. They had no spare keys and I could not return the vehicle until I hired someone to unlock the truck.

When I made the online reservation there was no mention of needing a scanned copy of my driver's license. The clerk had no idea how to upload a copy and the first phone agent was useless. Told me to download the app and scan my ID front and back but couldn't guarantee that would fix the issue. I spent an hour trying to get the issue settled while I had movers at home waiting. I left and finally someone on the phone was kind enough to fix the issue and release the rental only to find out at the station that they'd given my rental to someone else which was the issue supposedly. Fortunately they'd just returned it and I did get mileage reimbursed.

I almost didn't rent from here because every review was a 1 to 2 star. The staff was really nice but I literally reserve this truck with blankets two weeks in advance and I got there and they expect me to drive 10 miles to another location to pick up blankets because they gave mine away. The computer kept restarting so the lady had to input all my information 3 times before it worked!!! On top of being a gas station she had me keep waiting so she could ring up the other customers... I ended up having to wait almost an hour each time inside..1 to get the truck and OVER and hour just to return the truck! Yes it's a Convenient location but the system there is bad!! The lady was nice is about the only positive feedback I have...

Truck was full of moving blankets I didn't request. Was charged for gas even though I returned it with exactly as much as it had when I left. While checking back in the clerk kept stopping to help other customers instead of finishing my transaction.

Location was convenient. The whole phone sign-in was tedious and lengthy. Also, since there was no U-Haul employee and the customer is essentially doing U-Haul's job, I figured that would be reflected in the price. The $29.99 price is reasonable. The additional $.99 a mile is ridiculous! Plus it's a real job to decline all the BS extra's !

Too many unlisted fees. Thought I was paying 19.99 a day and taxes for 1 day service. Used it for 2 days and filled the gas back up and ended up costing $200. Never using uhaul again. Miles shouldnt be that expensive, and environmental tax? What the hell is that? Might as well put a seatbelt tax, and using the radio tax on top of that. Ridiculous.

The place of business was good and the location was good. A little hard to get out of once hooked up. I'm glad that I'm a capable person since I was handed the paperwork and sent out to hookup myself. There was no help in verifying that everything was attached correctly. I had traveled well over a 100 miles to get to this site. I got to the pickup store about a half hour early and was told that if I hooked up early they would have to charge me extra. To avoid the extra charge I had to wait in in a service station parking lot until it was the exact time I asked for. You might think that there might be a bit of time tolerance.

What a disaster picking up a heavy trailer like that from a gas station! Nobody there to connect the trailer. Nobody to help lift that heavy tongue. And what if we had never done it before and watch someone hook it up? I will never rent from you all again unless it's a store that has an agent. This is a huge safety issue!

Regular maintenance on the vehicle. There was an obvious serious issue with the drive terrain. I suspect a wheel bearing, which can be dangerous to a driver.

I showed up to rent my uhaul at the agreed on time (5pm), with the agreement that I would have it for 24 hours. Instead, they changed the time so that it was supposed to be returned by 8am the next morning. When I said that wouldn't work, the front desk person got upset, and didn't want to work with me. Finally, they called the area manager, and asked them to find another truck. The only one available at that time was a size smaller, and a different location. Very, very poor experience.
