The inside of the truck cabin has an awful odor, it's dirty with food wrappers, leaves and just dust and grime. This location needs to better maintain their vehicles. They need to hire a cleaning service to clean up after each rental.

Terrible experience I got absolutely no help it's a good thing I know how to hook trailers up because they gave me no help they did not help me load the trailer and the trailer was full of trash when I received it he never even came out to assist me bad weather was coming in it was truly not a good experience

The person who checked me out took over a half hour to process the transaction. He then gave me the wrong key for the wrong vehicle. This is the second time that I rented from that location, and both times the service was the worst I have had from any company in years. The van that I received was covered in graffiti, the motor warning light was on the entire trip and the steering was all over the place. The vehicle I received should be crushed and removed from service.

Voy a ser breve,rente un camion y olia super feo,luego ya no quise colocar el camion bajo mi nombre y regrese a la tienda y hable con un muchacho q trabaja los fines de semana y le dije q el camion ya no lo queria debajo de mi nombre porq no lo iva a manejar yo y andaba sin seguro y le entregue las llaves del camion al muchacho de turno y le dije q iva a venir el cuñado de mi esposo q lo colocara debajo de su nombre todo y mi esposo se quedo en la tienda esperando su cuñado yo me fui ,vaya sorpresa me doy al otro dia me llego un email diciendome q habian cobrado todo lo de las millas y todo y veo q el camion lo dejaron bajo mi nombre...la suerte q no paso nada porq si no estubiera pagando $25.000 dolares por un camion q no maneje YO y sin seguro,solo porq el muchacho lo combencieron mi famoso esposo y el cuñado de mi esposo ..q dejara las cosas asi ,q irresponsabilidad

The initial rental process went good, he was courteous and quite helpful with the vehicle online rental process. The vehicle had some small trash and had lots of dirt in the back as though it had not been swept out..(Please reference the back interior photo) But upon trying to return the vehicle it took me over an hour because my phone could not be located. By calling in, Christina Figuredo was a tremendous help in navigating the issue I was having with returning the vehicle and the key was returned with no other incidents. overall it was a good experience. But the process should be a lot simpler when returning the vehicles. Suggestion: the return box has a camera, is there a way upon lifting the lid or once a key is detected being dropped a code that correlate's to that key triggers the camera to take a snapshot with a date and time? My thought is park the vehicle, lock it, the key should tell you it's location upon locking it, upload ya pictures and go to the box, drop the key, vehicle and key drop off documented. If I was returning it in person it takes all of 10-15 minutes, I spent well over an hour trying to do it virtually. It should not be this hard to return a vehicle Just a suggestion. But I am glad you had a backup plan for just such an issue..

Better train personnel. The person that close out the account after returning the vehicle was very rude and to me had no professionalism when it came to dealing with customers that did not speak the same language. I believe this person needs to go back through training or never allowed to deal with U-Haul customers.

- The rental truck fuel was empty and it appeared that all the gas stolen from the truck. I took pictures and reported it via the app. The clerk mentioned that I could not get reimbursed for my fuel. - The in side of the truck was full of sand & dirt & dusty.

I originally called a uhaul location on 160something st and south Dixie highway and the asked me for my credit card number just to make sure the truck was there they told me later I told them u found a truck that would give me 24hrs not 6 like the south Dixie location so I canceled my reservation no problem they told me but they applied the 6hr rate anyway.. luckily the location I went to on 184 st helped me with my problem... I'll never give my credit card to uhaul again for reservation I'll risk not getting a truck.. apart from the uhaul company trying to screw me,the subcontractor or whatever there called was great

Without GPS, nobody is going to find this place. If you rented equipment (dolly, pads, etc.) with your truck, make sure you drop it off in front of their location before you park the truck wherever you can find a spot in their parking lot -- they don't have a sign asking you to do this, but the employee who processed my return made a it a point to inform me that I should have done that before parking the truck.

The truck had minor cleanness issues which I have tried to report through the application but some errors at the APP avoided to do it. I have made a picture and shown it to the employee. She was kind.

The staff is unprofessional. I came there, parked my car outside the building to rent the truck and my car was hit by a UHaul truck in the parking lot. The clerk bagged Gabby came outside and confirmed the truck that hit my car but didn't want to write an incident report. She told me to call UHaul and left.

The location only has one small sign in the window and was hard to find. The truck had some sort of front suspension problem which caused it to be difficult to keep in lane without total concentration....a lot of play in the steering wheel.

I am very upsed. The personal was trying to acuse me that i stoled the dolly from the truck upon returning the truck. I sent them the pictures that thanks God i took before and when i sent them the proof they changed the story and told me that is ok that they made mistake. In final they sent me the bill and charged me $16 for the gasoline, again this is a still because i have the pictures with the level of the returned gas. I will compline until this guys will anser for they acts and stop of doing again. If need i will complain to Better Bussinea Bureau.

This dealer was a hodge podge, a DVD movie rental store, a cell phone store and supposed U-Haul dealer. Wanted me to hook up.the trailor I rented and was trying to rent a truck with check engine light on to another customer. Never Again

Vehicle was terrible. A/C stopped working and when I called Uhaul the only thing that they wanted me to do was park and wait for roadside and they didn't even know how long that would be. The.n shortly after the check engine light turned on and I thought I was going to break down. Overall a very bad experience.

Young lady very professional and helpful, this place wasn't where the rude guy listed for me to drop it off so she made it simple and inspected the dolly and offered to help unhook it. Thankfully there wasn't much broken on it when I picked it up but was dirty, and missing the rubber hook securing pieces for the safety chains, I had to find something to make sure the chains didn't come unhooked since the first guy didn't have any.

This people they will charge for the millage I usu I agree to pay that ...this fucker dont tell that they charge gas as well is that correct or what ...if I would know this I would it avoid paying for gas ...but always some surprise at the end of trip... suck ...people need to more clear went they give u something to rent ...

We had to take the hitch off by ourselves and basically self service the return because the personnel said she couldn't do anything but provide we gave the trailer back, very sketchy area and in a shopping plaza

Manager of the establishment was horrible at his job. Poorly knowledged on his job. More like preying on those clients who are not experienced or familiar with rentals and their policies. Luckily I am! Manager tried charging me for both cleaning and gas fees after I presented pictures of both the truck BEFORE and AFTER. He claimed his system showed a different amount off gas than what i was given EVEN though the paper they provide you before you head out was present with specific amount supplied before hand.... Began to say the paper was incorrect. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. I fulfilled my end of the contract and would expect the same to be done on their end as a professional rental company. AND last but not least I was estimated $100 for 50 miles including my $14 insurance my $30 that's all fine. I managed to only use 18 miles and the manager was still attempting to charge me for 50 miles worth of usage. Is that part of your policy? I'd like to speak to a superior or anyone of higher rank about this situation very poor customer service began to raise his voice, kept talking on the phone saying "It was a very important call" yet managed to last about 2-3 minutes only????? Important or personal call I couldn't tell the difference. And this is coming from a Front Desk Reception Supervisor from a 5 Star Hotel. Only reason that is stated is because I work first hand with phones and guest of all kinds and know right from wrong when it comes to customers. Someone please contact me at (786) 234-7295. The young lady at the front who assisted me was very rude and very bad customer service l. She was even playing music so loud and kept asking me to repeat myself because she couldn't hear me instead of just turning her music down. When I walked into the store, she didn't smile or say hello to me.
