It was hard to get pictures at location. I believe your process(app) needs work. We had to restart several times. Got all pictures except one or two and got the spinning wheel. Not enough room to move far enough away to get pictures. Had a heck of time.

trudy cRented a 5 X8Utility trailer. Got to location to pick up my lawnmower and Lawn mower would not fit in trailer. Trailer was only 4 X 8 when measured. Location would not refund my money because trailer was in system as a 5 X 8.
robert kI had to travel 40 plus miles to pick up this 20-ft truck, it was out in the sticks, and it was not the location that I was expected to pick up at. The original location was 5 mi from my home. It hindered my moving operation as I had people there to help me at certain times and it put a damper on that.

More miles is more money on mileage more on gas witch is very expense now wasn't happy in that pount

Brian NYour trailer was labeled 5'9" It doesn't reflect measurement INSIDE the trailer.. These are outside dimensions . My equipment is 61 " and wouldn't fit , so I had to return it .

mana mI couldn't use the tow dolly, a rock was stuck in the ramp if the left side. Had to get another way to get the towed vehicle home. Discovered the problem after the vehicle was transportation home. The driver of the flatbed that brought it home for me noticed the rock wedged in the ramp slide area.

JORGE MYou called me at work, I work in a hospital. I explained in a text that I'm sorry I didn't have time to go through what was wrong at the time of the call, can you call me back. Got a call back late at night. I work 12 hour shifts. The only reason I was confused was because I had a receipt for 124,89 and then you were saying you tried charging 172. All I needed was an explanation and never received one.
Emily PWhen I went to pick up my trailer there was no one there to do it. The lady working the store printed out the directions. I tried for about one hour and I called the U-Haul in Dalton pa. I have used them before. He tried to help me over phone but decided to come out and help me. I did not get his name but he was great. Like I said I did use that location before in Dalton and I would definitely use it again. I waited for him to come, he got my trailer hooked up and I couldn't thank him enough. Many thanks to the U-Haul in Dalton pa!!!
