It was the most disappointing service i ever got . Lady behind the counter was so rude and marked the wrong fuel gauge on rental agreement. I luckily clicked picture for both when i picked cargo van and when i dropped it back of odometer with fuel gauge. When i called her , she was so rude and did like to listen me , even do i told her i got pictures as proof . It seems like them does it on regular basis with customers

I saw them being very rude to customers, my vehicle was over 1 hour late to pick up. I did not get to check mileage before i drove off. Truck was dirty and smelled like smoke, i complained they said nothing.

When I check online it approximate $45-50 I saw . But they are charged $84 . I used the truck only 2 hours. I drive 50 kilometres only. It's okay to charge $84 . And I filled gas 9 litter . But today I check my account then I saw again they charged $6. Something . Why? I don't understand that shit?? Can you please answer me?????

I reported an error in my checkout bill and it was not corrected. There were charges for pads ($5) and dolly ($7) that I never got or used. That still appeared on my final charge.

Once inside the truck, it was clear it had never been cleaned. Everything was dirty/dusty and there was food debris in the cupholders and floors. It was also clear that the vehicle was not sanitized prior to pick up. During covid19, service providers are required to either sanitize their equipment, or provide disinfectant material to the customer, we used our own, luckily we keep some in our own vehicle. The storage portion was also filthy. There was drywall debris and dirt all over, once again we had to clean it out ourselves once we had access to a vacuum. Our family has used U-Haul multiple times in the past and never had a negative experience like this. It is clear that Sinclair Motorsports does not care about the quality of service you provide to the public, we will never use/recommend this location EVER. Cheers

It took me 50 minutes to get the Van. Location was closed, there was a glitch on the app and i could not upload my face picture. Called and had to wait for 35 minutes - In the meantime, my husband used the chat and got a representative that instructed me to go on uhal.com instead of using the app. It finally worked.

Valué customers a little more and treat them nicer. Standing in line basically on the street under unpleasant weather conditions and for long periods of time is not a good experience in itself.

Communication wasn't clear, i had a different location for pick up in my email than what it was supposed to be, which delayed our start by 45 minutes. Then when we got to the other location, very poor/slow customer service. The man said we needed to do self service through phone which we were not set up for. it was a very frustrating experience. the only positive was the helpful lady on the phone who extended our rental time.

When I get to the truck on the morning of the 28th I got the truck and a fridge dolly the inside was dirty windshield was not cleaned back of the truck was dirty when I brought it back I wanted to know what the charges where I was told that she wouldn't do the paperwork until she did the cleaning I thought cleaning ya right why wasn't it clean for me I had the truck for two days @$29.95 a day and was told.62cents a mile not a $1.12 mile I got charged $162.00 not right

Pick up took an hour (noon) and was told had to return by 5pm at Dunbar so rushed and didn't finish move and when got there, we were told they close at 7 and couldn't drop there anyways as we had reserved. Had to drive truck back to surrey the next day and continue move with own vehicles !

If you put sanitizer bottle with chain lock in vehicle then coming Coustmer for pickup will feel more safe and can disinfect hands while touch first time the key , that's just my opinion .

I went to the location, but I was forced to book it online. While the staff tried to help, they wanted to make sure they were doing me a favor as “I dont work for Uhaul”. The online booking was very confusing. Took me over 45 min to get it all solved and I was in front of the store. In addition, I intended to take a couch from Surrey BC to North Vancouver BC and for my surprise, I was charged 260$ to return it in North Vancouver. Had to undo my return and drive 40 min and another 40min back to avoid being scammed. This is completely wrong. Im still trying to figure out how my “30$ per day rental” went from $30 to almost $400... While you are still number one in the market, with this kind of customer service, in a few years, the company wont exist. Enjoy.

There are so many reasons : 1. The people told me that wait for 15 min, the lady is on call with someone in china. Once i ask them that we are waiting for last 15 min and we have time urgency, we only need the key, The lady and an old man starting shouting on us. 2. They told UPS is not a priority for us. If you want to wait then fine otherwise get lost. they don't have manners to talk to client. 3. They told if you are waiting here or you are not getting truck then its your problem not ours. Go and get truck from somewhere else or wait. 4. They gave an example that a person in Vancouver waited for 3 hrs to the stuff done and you don't have patience to say here. 5. I got the bill of 106 $. As per me it is overcharged. 6. I told them to do inspection in front of my eyes. The lady refused and told give us a key and go. I will take 1 hr to clean the truck. The address of UPS office is: Sinclair Motor Sports (59563) GST/HST no: 105438196RT0001 I was eagerly waiting for the survey and just wanted to see, what can be done against them. because i felt helpless there

they were rude when i was having trouble with the mobile check in. i ordered a 10 foot truck and i got 15 foot truck i was suppose to get the same price as a 10 foot truck but when i asked the lady about it she refused to look into it. instead she said you get what you get.

Amazing! I got a rental during COVID times and the owners were constantly multitasking, but were able to keep on top of things. The owner was so patient with me when the app wasn't working for me and she found a work around to get the rental set up for me. Many thanks to Sinclair!

The person in charge of Sinclair motors was not helpful at all. 0 help was given and when a problem arise on our billing I was told "I am not entertaining this you should call 1800" There wasnt any problem on the cargo itself except for the people who owns this business.

You should not be charging customer the convenience fee, if your uhaul application is not working properly. I tried serveral times to drop off using the application and it was useless. I have all the photos with me and i did everything perfect ,still i got extra charge.

I told the person at the counter that i had a coupon and gave it to her. She told me that she would apply it. Lo and behold i got my bill and they charged me in full! I know my coupon works because it works in the app. There was just something wrong with the payment and nothing is going through so i went to the counter

The location owner was rude, and unprofessional. The truck had a tear in the roof of the cargo box, driving back to Kamloops in he rain, the box was allowing leakage into storage area, my daughters belongings were soaked when we go home. Was extremely disappointed that a truck was rented like this especially for he price I was charged.

All vehicle doors except Drivers were unlocked when i picked up. Plus found out insurance showed expired on licence plate halfway through rental. Otherwise, easy rental pickup and dropoff, clean and comfortable vehicle.
