Maybe morning coffee. Lol. It was a nice and easy move. My reservation was there and clean. Employees helpful and friendly. I'll be back and bring family/friends as customers

JUSTON WWhen I first started the truck, I had my foot on the break and put the truck 8n drive. The truck engine immediately went 3,000rpm lurking forward, I pressed hard on the brake and put the truck in park. This happened several times during the move. There was a lot of play in the steering wheel. I constantly was drifting from side to side having to correct. There maybe a lose connect in the seat belt mechanism. It would beat every 30 seconds, then I would twist it and it would stop.

CHARLES CAdd a statement that it is behind the u-haul location on US 441. i waited 1/2 hour at the other location for service only to be told it was the location up the street operated by a private firm. (It is actually directly behind the company location). When I found the correct location - there was no wait and they were very professional and helpful.

YVETTE DTruck had roaches in it. This was a very unwelcome surprise as I had already loaded all of my things and it was not possible by that time to go and swap the truck out for another one. It is more than an inconvenience, and quite a surprise since the truck was actually pretty new.

It was not secure and parked in an open parking lot so that is a possibility that someone was seeking shelter in it. Associate was not understanding when I brought back the truck because I was not going to clean up someone else's pee. If I could give my experience a number it would be zero.

RAMON PThe young lady at the store tried to help us, but uhaul had sent us 30 miles out of the way and then tried to charge us for excess mileage . We had requested to pick up at uhaul (84 th Street in Ft Lauderdale)but when I requested that Uhaul changed it to West Park way out of our way . Taking more time and mileage . I have refused to pay extra charge.
Webster RCustomer service very bad... I came to rent a truck. Out to my destination in realize there wasn't a ramp for the furniture to go in the truck . I called the office a nice young lady answered the phone. I told her my problem in she said the manger will call me between 1and 2pm. I never received that call. Then I call back to the office in I told them I'm coming back cause nobody never called. I was charged for a truck I couldn't even used. Mr. Oscar never heard wat happened in he told the manger no he not giving me my money back. Then charge me $100 deposit and never told me they was taking the money off. They told me$38 was going to be on hold. I always used this prepaid card and I never was charged for a deposit. Bad customer service

Gamaliel AI was double billed 34,82 on 12/17/2018. My experience with Uhaul at any location has always been unpleasant. Once I was billed for turnpike usage. I never went on the turnpike. The company needs to do better as a whole.

Vladimir cSo, I had initially reserved my equipment with USA Storage (500 South State Road 7, Hollywood, FL 33023). I had a confirmation for my reservation in my email and everything. When I arrived at USA Storage, the attendant told me that I was in the wrong location, that I should have received an email, and that USA Storage did not have One-Way reservations. Needless to say, I never received such a notification in any changes to my reservation. He sent me across the street to Sir-Store-A-Lot, where I ultimately ended up renting the truck. The attendant there informs me that what USA Storage told me is false; that apparently the man at USA Storage did not feel like giving me his truck and thus sent me across the street. Naturally, because Sir-Store-A-Lot was not anticipating my arrival, he did not have my other equipment available such as the utility dolly and the 6 furniture pads. I was sent to yet a third location, the UHAUL on 1973 South State Road 7, West Park, FL 33023. It's ridiculous that I had to go to three separate locations just to receive my equipment, and it severely affected my timetable for my move and caused me needless stress. I do not believe that USA Storage should be permitted to rent UHAUL equipment if they are in the habit of treating customers like a nuisance and an inconvenience. Also, the truck I picked up at Sir-Store-A-Lot had a homeless man sleeping in the cargo area.

William WWhen your renting to someone things need to be right the gas gas not where they said it was and i got charged $50 extra dollars for gas i never used. An total insult robbing people without a gun.

Teresa MHorrible service! I was overcharge by almost $100 and now I'm getting the runaround for them to correct their error. Very bad experience and they are making U-Haul look bad. There's no supervisor or manager to rectify issues. They take you in circles!

David LThe truck had many issues. 1. I was very difficult to start the truck. The key would know turn and you had to play with it before it would start. I called to get assistance regarding this issue and no one called me back. 2.The back of the truck was dirty. There was a lot of dirt on the floor of the back of the truck, which should have been swept out by the previous customer. I have rented from U-Haul before and never had these issues.
FRANCESCA HThe location is in an awful area that is structurally a complete mess. It is way back in a parking lot and toward the front of the lot is a actual UHaul, so you will instinctively go there first. I waited for 20 mins before I discovered it was the wrong place. Also, the address, in all navigation units and online, is wrong. It places you 6 miles north on a road that is full of lights and construction debris. The truck was filthy. I have never rented a UHaul and been so displeased with the cleanliness of the condition. There was paper and wrappers to food everywhere, syrup or something nasty on the dash cup holder area, shreds of junk all throughout the back, and it had not been swept out in a long time based on the dirt I was able to sweep out of it when I prepped for its return.
