Not a lot of parking in this gas station. A lot of noise from the driver side while driving in the highway.

The guy was rude. The person I spoke on the phone with side I no longer needed my debt card because my information was put in the system last time I rented including my drivers license the guy was rude about it and then started to talk in his language with someone else and laughed about it… I would have just done it all online to not deal with him… the place had no service so it was hard to check in and return

- The Truck was dirty - The Inside of the Truck in the drivers seat had dead bug and live bugs - in the entire vehicle there were bugs (meaning where the driver and passenger sits - I have 4 bite marks on my legs and my thigh, and now my leg is swollen. - I'm now on my way to check into the Emergency Room to see what bit me and to ensure the safety of my health. - The air vents for the air conditioning was also dusty and dirty - And my Partner and I got sick from breathing in that air This was one of the most terrible experience in my life, and it's unfortunate I was charged a cleaning fee for something that was never clean. I will be reporting this incident after I get checked out of the Emergency Room.

I would focus more on informing the renter about the after hours return. I didn't read the information until I had left the site - and then it was too late for the system to allow me to return the vehicle with my phone.

The Uhaul check-out and check-in process using the app is clunking and frustrating to use. It tried to charge me extra for fuel when I went to turn in the vehicle, even though I had filled it up with gas and set the fuel level in the app to Full. I then had to restart the entire check in process and take the pictures all over again.

The inside was clean but outside was filthy. I was not told this was a 24 pick up nor was I told of the app. Horrible experience. I had to jump through hoops to verify myself and then still had to wait an hour after pick up to get the rent via phone

Representative was friend and helpful. Gave clear instructions on return. However could not get app to work on return.

Owner yelled at me on the phone, would not accept that his employee told me incorrect information and STILL charged me a fee that I should not have had. Said it was my fault that his employee told me I was completely finished and that they would move the truck and take care of everything, only to find an after hours service charge of $21,45 on my final bill. When discussed with owner, he became irate and began yelling at me as I was letting him know that his employee lacked training. He said that his employee was a gas station employee and not a uhaul employee which I responded......"then he should not be in a position of power to make decisions for your uhaul company as a non-uhaul employee" which irritated him even more. Bottom line.....this franchise owner is a disgrace to the good name your company has created. If $21,45 was enough to lose a customer.....Im not so sure that you want them as a long term representative of your business.

Clean truck well maintained and it drove well. I don't know of anything you could do differently to improve for the next customer.

The agent at the location was wonderful. Very pleasant person, responsive and knowledgable. If I am in need of a Uhaul again, I will use that location. Also, will refer friends & family. Please extend my thanks to the agent.

I had to get this equipment in cary, nc,where there was a closer location where i lived!! (durham)! i placed my request way in advance for the truck!!!
