Remit was the cashier and representative. He was disrespectful, rude and a total Jerk. His stereotypical comments were insulting and unacceptable. I reported the incident to the owner and received a passive response. I will never go back there to purchase or rent anything. Including gas. This business does not deserve my patronage and I will share my horrible expert with others for years to come!!!

Gail R.On Thursday, 5/26, I reserved a 10' truck online, reservation # 22573863. I received an email confirmation on Saturday, 5/28, that there were no trucks available at the BP Slade #41266 location, and my reservation was moved to Frederick MD location. On Sunday morning, the day of my move, I went to the BP Slade location and rented the truck that I thought I rented on Thursday. They were very accommodating. When I got the truck the gas gauge was right before the 1/2 mark. When I retuned the truck I put in gas till right after the 1/2 mark. The attendant said the gas gauge was at 3/4 when I took the truck originally. So I took the truck and put an additional $32,38 of gas to get to the 3/4 mark because I couldn't prove the gauge was at before 1/2 . I got home and searched my cell phone and found the screenshot of the gas gauge at right before 1/2. I went back to the gas station and showed the attendant and he said the system showed I changed the gas level from before 1/2 to 3/4 before I left. All I did before I left was add $72,9 of gas to fill the tank. I want a refund of $32,38 for the additional gas that I didn't have to put in.

CATHERINE M.I bought the key into the business to return the truck, The clerk took the key back out and left the key in the truck and asked me to go get the key. Okay. I am ok with helping. Then I was asked to move the truck from where the sign instructed me to park it. So back out I go. It was a lot of extra for moving day. He was courteous enough but should be more prepared to help customers. I rented a uhaul storage unit on Washington Blvd in Baltimore and they were more than amazing and super helpful.

Jerry M.The mobile check out procedure is ridiculous. Requiring three or more forms of identification (including a passport or calling an employer) is overly burdensome for a local rental. I almost spent more time on the check out than I did driving the truck. It literally took me almost 20 minutes between verifying who I was via email, entering a code, and then having to submit pictures, etc. before I could get the keys and then submit more pictures, etc. to drive the truck. Easy for you. Not so easy for the renter.

DEVERE S.I have rented UHaul's from this location before and have been very satisfied. The owner and manager of the BP are very helpful and efficient. However, this time, a new clerk gave us very poor service. He yelled at my daughter and I when we asked to see an itemized list of the charges before we left because we had trouble pulling up the email on my phone. He kept interrupting both of us, telling us we should have checked the email, that he didn't want to talk to us, and he never apologized when I told him I felt he was being very disrespectful. If he is there the next time I need a UHaul vehicle, I will definitely cancel my reservation and go elsewhere!

RAKY C.morning pick up attendant was ok but the evening attendant was unfriendly and made me wait over 30 min to return the truck. the truck was clean but had over 125 000 miles and the engine sounded like a Sherman tank. I got less than 6 miles to the gallon. I did not find the uhaul app helpful. Most of the information ( driver license #, photo of the license and driver should have been entered before picking up the truck . fortunately the morning attendant helped me through the process

I could t understand what the guy was saying as I was trying to explain to him remit continued to yell at me telling me that he wouldn't give me the truck that I had already paid for so I let him yell at me got the key and left
