Provide the customer with more clear guidance regarding the vehicle return requirement. This facility has fuel pumps in front of their building, but never mentioned that vehicle needed to fuel back up. Otherwise, I would have fuel the vehicle instead of getting fuel charges of $57,5 for driving 46 miles in addition to the $.99 per mile charges. The vehicle was not well maintained. The check engine and trailer hitch lights were on. The vehicle could also had been cleaner. It had some trash and bit dirty on the main cabin.

Our drop off location was changed after we already arrived to our drop off site, and the woman with U-Haul that I spoke to was rude and pretty much told me too bad and to drive to the new location. Plus I was charged for the extra miles because of U-Haul's mistake. The man at the drop off never spoke a word to me, just took the key back and just stared at me,

The apps location finder wouldn't work, so I had to go in and speak to the attendant. He was less than thrilled and almost combative in trying to work through the issue. The vehicle was dirty and had a comb in the console. The vehicle had scrapes all across the roof and scrapes across the sides. Dirty interior and just overall unpleasant experience overall mainly because of the hostile attendant. This person should not be a representative of the UHAUL brand.

The check engine light came on and the transmission started malfunctioning. The truck would not switch gears. U had to pull over on the side of the road. I thought I was going to be stranded. The truck would not go in reverse. There was no furniture pads in the truck. Ask the cashier. Who turned around and gave me dirty furniture blankets. Very disappointed in this U-Haul rental.

The customer service was poor. The equipment was not available in the truck and had to be located. The front desk clerk was hard to understand and did not seem interested in assisting me.

The cost of renting this vehicle far exceeded the cost of $19,95 per day when I had the vehicle for 2 days and drove less than 15 miles. I was charged $22,11 on the day I returned the vehicle. Prior to that I was charged $38,82 and $66,64 on the day I rented the vehicle, A grand total of $127.62.

They people at the BP station were unfriendly and rude. When I went to check in, the app wasn't working right (In my experience, it never does work correctly). I went into the station and there were two men working there. When I asked for help, they pointed at each other. Didn't say a word. Then they told me to wait. After getting my name and credit card, the three the key at me through the slot. Basically no service at all.

Be more friendly, courteous and professional. I had to wait around for 20 minutes to get checked out. The man barely acknowledged my presence. They gave me a truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. I put 10 gallons in as a friendly gesture and the guy didn't even thank me. I checked in online, bought the insurance, used my credit card and I had to do that all over with my driver's license, by the insurance and give him my credit card. The man was downright rude, I will never go back there again. I barely had the truck for 2 hours and went less than 7 miles and it cost me 45 bucks. The sign says $19.95. I'll go to Home Depot next time I need a rental.

The truck I reserved was not available at scheduled time. When 1,5 hours later it was returned by the previous customer, it turned out to be broken, so the attendant had to move me to a bigger truck, while keeping the same rate. Which would be ok, if it didn't take another hour. This wait made us late everywhere and we were unable to complete our move in one day, as we hoped. On top of that, when I got my receipt in the email, turns out he charged me twice for a single hand dolley... I'm not going back to argue for $7, but I'm also not renting at that location again.

I would have appreciated more of customer interaction as far as pre-trip of the vehicle as well as equipment and to acknowledge its proper way of usages. I had to make what would have been several trips before using the rented equipment. One was before even using it I dicover that the dolly wheel clip was broken and resulted the wheel had fallen off. Secondly, the door had gotten jammed and wouldn't shut but just so happened I discovered the one side of the door jumped its track and I was able to correct it. And for the short time I had the truck it was such a inconvenience timely and cost-effective.

The male that assisted me was rather stand offish and seemed liked he didn't want to be bother. He took my info Gave me my key and said your truck outside you can find the number on the body. I was supposed to return the truck at 5 but I needed it a little longer so asked him about extended not another day but for the same day he told me that is $20. WHAT... that's another day then. After I said that he said ok I won't charge you. Now I felt like he really tried to rip me off. When I returned it he checked the miles and fuel and said as he was walking away from me you will get your receipt in the email. His back was towards me so I asked him again he kept walking and repeated his self. Now I'm a lil fire cracker but I was too tired moving all my stuff with just me and my nephew to fuss his a double ss out. I'm sure he wouldn't have handled a man like that. Oh and the back was dirty. I swept before I loaded my things...

NotO!!!! I obtained the truck over the internet an requested the open return but it was changed to one way. When i returned the truck I to the location near my home I was charged an extra 138.00. Because it was not returned to the same location I got it from. Not fair. The drop off location was nice. Where I got it from the guy tried to push the button on my phone so I could accept the condition of the truck before I could inspect it. The condition had dents and other scratches.

The battery on the vehicle died on the way back. I was already late at that point. No didn't have a great experience paying 200 for a little truck that battery died. Next time I will make reservations early and at another uhaul

No longer associate with this location. I tried to begin my reservation and was rudely told they only provide this service from 7 to 7 despite advertising 24/7. Return the next day and they don't have the furniture dolly or other moving items. Tried to extend my trip and rudely told to call U-Haul. Returned the truck at the scheduled time and waited for the receipt to be told the machine was running slow and they would email me a copy. Finally copy lists extra days and being charged for items I never had. Absolutely horrible. I need to discuss this "contract" with a U-Haul representative.

The rental associate was very rude. I returned the equipment and filled with gas. The told me I could not keep the vehicle for more than one day. When I returned the vehicle he changed for an extra day because I was 25 minutes past the returned time. He have very poor costumer service. I would never return to that location.

Remit was the cashier and representative. He was disrespectful, rude and a total Jerk. His stereotypical comments were insulting and unacceptable. I reported the incident to the owner and received a passive response. I will never go back there to purchase or rent anything. Including gas. This business does not deserve my patronage and I will share my horrible expert with others for years to come!!!

They gave my uhaul to someone else. Had to wait almost an hour to be helped. The man working the register for the gas station was also the uhaul agent.
