Tony CantrellIf a truck is reserved in Little Rock, AR, a customer should not have to drive 1,5 hours away to pick up the truck. Uhaul should be responsible for getting that truck to the location it was reserved at. Poor Customer service on the part of the Uhaul Little Rock team. The pick up location in Higden was excellent.

ARNOLD BRYANI think the particular trailer needed either new tires, or both new tires and wheels. Something was out of round, it was shaking the vehicle at certain speeds when empty and with a load of about 300lbs.

RONALD STONEWe arrived to drop off the rental at a little after 2:00pm on a Saturday and no one was there. Everything was locked up like Fort Knox. Although the self checkout worked, it was very annoying to repeat the questions that had already been answered, take additional photos, and then randomly be charged additional fees without getting to speak to someone. Not to mention, where all the UHaul trucks were parked and where you drop off the truck were two separate areas. The whole process was a nightmare.

Jerald FuellI did need an adapter and this location didn't have it...so I ran the trailer without lights for a day. It's not illegal, as long as you use hand signals...but it was a bit of a pain in 100 degree heat! lol. I would have bought it if I was supposed to...it cam with the old style harness (3 in a row) and I needed the newer modern circle plug to hook to our Yukon.

kenny boardmanDaughter was relocating from Little Rock to Las Vegas. Attempted to rent in Little Rock but no availability in LR, Sheridan or other closer towns. Finally had it booked for Wooster, then day before truck to be picked up was informed would have to pick it up in Higden. Although was given additional mileage due to the change, it would have been better to have an employee transport the truck to the original booking spot or better yet move trucks within the different locations in state so people unfamiliar with the area don't have to drive all around to pick up a truck. The owner/operator of the facility in Higden was very friendly but had to call to get assistance from Uhaul so we could pick up truck as he was unfamiliar with the process.
