Dexter BThis guy initially refused to take the trailer told me I needed to blindly drive around and find another location. Called U-Haul who convinced him to take it but he refused to help me remove the trailer from my truck. I'm a woman and lifting a 1Ton trailer by myself was not an easy task I have a gash in my leg, cut on my finger to show for my efforts, and my back still hasn't decided how it wants to feel. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Negative stars.
Katy Fvery poor response at dealer. I was not given code for 24/7 truck, dealer is gas station and was open, but said o well can't help you call U-Haul. Even though he could have verified rental that we showed him and given out key. Turned around and walked away and ignored me

Jesse MI wish that there was someway that we could rent before 9 AM. We needed the truck at seven. I wish there was something you could do to make it easier for the customers to get trucks earlier.
Kimberly MThe location was reasonable; however, the rental truck was unsat due to the following: engine light on, radio inoperable, low right passenger tire, and driver's door inoperable (wouldn't shut fully). I recommend more random maintenance checks prior to renting any equipment. In doing so, this remedy would elevate possible mishaps within selective process; such as, limiting alternatives and forecasting undue failure of equipment. More importantly, the implementation of corrective measure and means to reduce risk could serve as a alternative to deter the consequences of law suits and incidents pretaining to unsafe equipment.

I hate going in there and dealing with him to the point I'll never go back there and do business nor ever recommend this location to anyone else.

Elsie HI rented a furniture dolly but that location didn't have any. I didn't know until I picked it up until I got there and wish o would have been notified prior so I could go to a different location. I also paid triple the amount I anticipated even though I was only 4 miles from the location and moved less than a mile away
Audrey GFirst time using the mobile login and it was difficult to navigate. Without the help of the gas station attendants help don't how long it would have taken to complete check-in. As it was I used 35 minutes of my time to complete before I could leave.
Mark BClerk was surly and disrespectful. Even though all data had been entered on the app,he insisted that Uhaul required him to re-enter all data. This took 30 minutes. He then gave us keys to the truck, but did not give us keys to the locked back. Finding the keys took additional time. Truck only had 1/4 of a tank in fuel. Truck was in bad shape with a large dent on the passenger side. A lug nut was missing on the left tire. Loaded, that truck struggled to get to speed and shimmied on the road. It should have been Dolly and blankets are secured on the side wall of the truck. Despite removal of the dolly, the hasp holding the dolly was damaged during loading. I was honest and told the clerk of the damage. He got angry and accused my company of damaging a past truck. I am a volunteer for a food bank trying to do a civil duty and be honest. I do not need practiced drama. We will not be using this location again and will be looking for other options. We have tried to steer away from this location, but Uhaul sends us back. Perhaps it is time to look beyond Uhaul. Do not use this location !
Don EIt was an after hours mobile pickup and I was confused at first. The guy who worked the convenience store was kind of rude when I asked for help. I figured it out myself eventually

Kathy YThe u-haul custom service had to change my location, saying everything would still be available for me no extra charge & then they forgot to give me THE KEYS to open the truck and had me waste over $50, without even putting it to use. They gave me a call back number for help and then didn't answer & left me on hold for over 30 minutes. Online service is way too complicated and very little help.

Travis CPeople in this location steal customer money. They lied about returned vehicle cleanliness. They lied about hours vehicle was returned. One of the persons in this location is very racist. Will not go back to this location. The worst uhaul dealer in Graham, NC.
Abdul OFirst of all I payed $160 for a 26" for 10hrs. I returned it within 8hr. When I returned it and asked for a deposit returned, no one went out to check the mileage. I don't think that was fair. Called customer service they could get in touch with them and the store has three person working there. The place was in Graham nc. I will not recommend them to nobody. I want my refund back.
