Extremely unprofessional for his pants to be unzipped!! Very glad my wife an daughter were not here. Feel horrible for any female customers. No customers should have to deal with this situation.

JOHNNY BWhen I rented the cargo van in the side doors there were beverage cans. When I returned the vehicle I had to cleanup after some else. Obviously, it's not taken seriously enough too clean the vehicle before returning and obviously not inspected. I will rent again from this location.

LILIAN GVery nice man. told us the drop off on the papers wasn't important so we could drop it off at any Uhaul place. The one in San Diego wanted them on the paper so it was an extra hassle to change it over. I was surprised it was in a Smoke Shop.
Daniel PGuy scams you with extra charges that weren't necessary. Gas was over the amount when given and truck came back the same condition it was given.

MABEL OEmployee who was working there was giving me a hard time , because i was trying to drop off the u-haul when it was closed already . It was exactly 530 , and the store closed at 6 .He continued to speak to me with attitude and said i could use the self service, because the doors were closed and there was no need for the employee to be bothered with his assistance .

PETER RWell the trailer didn’t work at all how steep the ramps are I could not even get the car onto the trailer because it hit the front bumper of my car before it would even start going up the ramp.
