One person to sell the tobacco products and rent Uhaul. Rental process was interrupted to unlock front door and assist tobacco customers.
Michael KOne of the tow dollies had a light out. The attendant did help check them out and was very helpful switching to a different tow dolly. When we loaded our vehicle we discovered this dolly had a strap on the left side that the length had been worn off and did not reach the ratchet. Fortunately we were able to lower the tire pressure and get it to just barely catch enough to tighten.
Tracy PLot was very dark for a nighttime pickup. It was so dark that I could not check the condition of the truck before taking possession of it. The primary business of the establishment (Smoke Stax) that I rented the U-Haul from, was a seller of marijuana paraphernalia and sex toys. I am thankful that I did not have young children with me. In addition, the key to the truck was not available when I wanted to pick up the truck. The employee told me the owner of the store had left the key in his car. I had to wait for the owner to bring the key to the store and that delayed my plans.
Matthew HShe was a wonderful person and went above and beyond what I would have expected! She leant me a broom so that I could clean it out before returning.
